Extrem easy to book and manage. The price was far better then what my home service provider Offered. Installation and and a clarification with the support only took Max 5 min! All worked immediately and I was very satisfied with the connection.

I've never purchased an eSim before, I was nervous, but I took the plunge, so so happy I did, I'd previously bought extra Roaming, but always seemed to run out of days or data, so happy I did, printed off the QR code, scanned it at the airport, activated on landing and BINGO! Seamless, easy to load I had no worries all holiday, 10/10 from me, I'm off on another trip next month and Holafly will certainly be reloaded onto my phone. 👏👏👏

I needed a VAT invoice, but it wouldn’t accept a UK post code. Ended up having to use an American “Zip Code” to get the invoice after getting no sense from what seemed to be a AI customer services bot!

After a little research opted for this service over another well known brand of e-Sim for a 14-day trip to Japan. There are quite specific instructions both before you leave (to install) and when you land (to activate) but happy to report that by paying attention to the detailed steps I did not require the customer support though it was good to know it was there if I needed it. I have to say overall I was impressed as the data service never degraded, we had to turn off and on our phones a couple of times whilst in Japan but that was nothing major and probably more to do with load on cell towers considering there are millions of cellphone users in Tokyo and Osaka. I did go off into the wilderness for a couple of days and was pleased to see the network automatically switched from SoftBank to AU dependant on which was the stronger service. Overall totally dependable, good value for money and would use again wherever in the world
we find ourselves next!
