I have tried Joey's, Mud Water, Ryze and another one that I can't think of the name at the moment. Erth is by far the best one yet. Up until I tried Erth, Joey's was my favorite, but I have a new favorite now😍

I have now been charged $75.95 for products that were not authorized and have already sent a message regarding this which has not been acknowleged by Erth Labs. I have reported it to my bank as a disputed unauthorized charge with the intent of receiving a full refund. Today a package arrived with product that was not authorized. The negative relviews of your company regarding this same issue a numerous. I will be adding mine immediately after sending this additional complaint about your devious marketing efforts. Erth Labs is not an honest company and cannot be trusted. Buyers beware!

I purchased the coffee and received a 6.35 oz package instead of the advertised 8.07 oz bag that was advertised, and I didn't receive the guide or the sticker (which I didn't have a problem with). I reached out to Erth Lab, and they responded within a few days. They apologized and sent me the guide and the sticker, but they did not explain the 2 oz difference in the bag of coffee I received. I emailed them back, saying I love the coffee and would like to keep purchasing it, but I didn't want to pay for an 8.07 oz bag and receive less than what I paid for and what was advertised. I haven't heard from them again (it's been 3 days now). The coffee is great, but I should receive what I pay for, not a bag with almost 2 oz of coffee missing. I don't want free product, but at least give me a discount for the missing ounces or something; after all, coffee isn't cheap.

This company is a fraud. They do not answer communications, have-no listed telephone and continue to charge monthly for "subscriptions". My credit card company has stopped their charges. Avoid getting trapped.

I cancelled my subscription because I don't like the coffee a month ago. Then I received another package that I didn't order and I was refused a refund. I have the product that I don't want or like and can't get a refund. that's really bad customer service.

Great customer service! Even though I was having difficulty canceling they were so helpful! I wish I didn’t have to cancel. I love the product! I’m having some financial difficulties right now and I need to cancel.

I've not received the product. Ordered and paid over 2 weeks ago. Still not even a notice of shipping,.. Very poor service!!!

Please cancel any and all pending orders I have with Erth Labs. I ordered back on August 6th and have yet to receive anything. Been.told lies from customer service that everything was fine. Order number 814415. You are no longer authorized to change my bank account. Sincerely

I love the taste of the coffee and texture of the coffee that dissolves completely compared to other brands of “mud coffee.” I can enjoy the benefits without compromising flavor, which I look forward to every morning. Also, there is just enough caffeine that I don’t worry about sleeping at night. All in all, after less than one week, it has been a positive experience!

One star, because it's required for the review. I placed an order early August and never received it. Customer service refuses to issue a refund and has now billed me for my second shipment. The website will not allow me to manage my subscription and I don't think emails ever reach a person.
I believe at this point this is considered theft. Contacting my bank to dispute the charges and going to attempt to get a person on the phone. That should be interesting!

Erth labs charged me and I never received my order. I emailed them and never heard back in response.

The company sent product that does not taste like coffee, and I informed the company of the fact, and so far I have not been able to get assistance to resolve this situation. I have sent numerous e-mails explaining my displeasure with their product. The product tastes like creamer, but not coffee..Personally, this company is a scam. Do not make a purchase in order to avoid being scammed like I was!!!

Charged my card without my consent. Now they won't even respond to my emails or provide a refund. The product they sell is good, but customer service is abysmal.

Had an order that fell into a deep chasm! They are sending me a replacement! Awesome product with equally awesome customer service! Love it!!!!
