I am still waiting on my 2nd order but they have already processed my next order. Not sure if they use AI for customer service but they are zero help! They now have 2 months of my money and I still don't have product!! Not good business!

BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM. First order made in July, now it's September but nothing has arrived. Also they automatically make it a subscription which is impossible to cancel... had to close my bank account. STEER CLEAR!

I sent several emails out cancelling my subscription, and nobody answered until later. Then I was assured my subscription was cancelled. Nothing’s wrong with the product just the price difference in Canada. I would be paying $55 every time and I don’t wanna do that.

Ordered this product & wasn't what I expected. Don't like when you have to keep buying something without trying it first. Put you on a recurring order. Not something I would ever do without trying first. Then took my money after I canceled & got No product. should return my money. Never again.

This is the best mushroom coffee I have ever tasted. It taste like ground roasted regular coffee excellent. It deserve more than five stars.

I will start by saying I did like the product and do think it was helpful. However, the company is unresponsive to any complaints. The initial order took over 10 days to arrive. They tried to charge me again for the auto subscription before I even had time to try it. I discovered that the amount of product in a package is about 33% less than it should be. Package says serving size one tablespoon, 30 servings per package. The scoop they sent held 2 teaspoons and even at that I did not get 30 servings. I have emailed them repeatedly and the only response is they are sorry about the problems, but no resolution or reimbursement.

Ordered Aug 15th. Still no delivery! 9-4-2026. Contacted 2 times, never a human response. Wanted to compare to Ryse! Will be staying w/Ryse.
Wanted to cancel order, said I couldn’t, label had been created, so where’s is my order???? Never again….

Well honestly I have not had a chance to try it ..... because it was never delivered to me yet and I have been very vocal about it. This is my tracking number UUS68F2230647288970, You are more than welcome to find out for Yourself.
Honestly I'm very upset with it all and I'm told that the company has been very busy this time of year and it is backlogged with orders.
I call bullshit on that ..... I have an attorney and we are filing a lawsuit against Your company if it is not delivered by September 15th.

WHATEVER YOU DO...DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ERTH LABS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. EVEN THOUGH YOU CANCELED (as I did) AFTER ONE MONTH, THEY SAY "YOU ARE ON AUTO-RENEW" AND THEY KEEP SENDING AN ORDER. WHAT'S MORE, THEY SEND A LINK TO "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS" SO I CAN CANCEL MY SUB, BUT THE LINK HAS NEVER WORKED (and I have made them aware of that also).
I am on my 3rd request to cancel and, although Rachel Peake/Head of Customer Satisfaction assured me twice that my account had been cancelled, I keep getting emails that "your order has been processed and shipped" ... so they keep charging me! I have finally involved my attorney to get them to stop charging me for orders that I did not request!! LASTLY, THEIR COFFEE IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER TASTED!!

On 08/12/2026, I placed an order. Today is 09/04/2026, I still have not received anything and have had no communication. I tried tracking this shipment, Shipper shows they received the shipping label but no product to ship. I contacted your company, sort of, no real person to talk to. I tried to cancel my unshipped order, I was told this was not possible since it had been fulfilled. I would greatly appreciate a full refund and an order cancellation since your company is unable to send my order.

Seems impossible to suspend submissions. If this can't happen the next steps will be reporting to BBB and having AMEX get my money refunded.

The service response was fast but confusing I did not understand if my problem with my recurring subscription was ever resolve for cancellation.

I’ve tried several mushroom coffees, there are 1 or 2 that I do like. With has a good taste & seems to have good benefits as well. It’s definitely in my top 3.

Its smooth. I sometimes add warm milk to it. I am used to drinking my coffee black, so this is perfect 'soft' effect.

Tastes bad, very long response time with no resolution. Difficult return policy conflicting information on site with customer service response

Your customer service is atrocious. I placed an order on August 7th and have yet to receive it as of September 4th. I can’t get a confrontation as to whether it has shipped. You’ve charged me for another month and I don’t have the first one yet.
