22nd May 2022 until now (4RD Year Started), Erdem Dental Clinic
Istanbul dentist, Sifanur Yazici who extracted my toots & install implants. However, she damaged my health and nerve tissue. After this procedure, I have had a numb chin, swollen lips, swollen cheek, and consistent pain
until this day. When we first time before May 2022 to Medical
Consultant Sarah Hashem
In the beginning when we contacted her she was very friendly & very
kind. After she received all of my money for a treatment (implants &
crowns), she did not respond to my text messages & phone calls. After
all my problems with my treatment, she became very rude. Fraudsters, deceivers, swindlers !!!!
Dr. Osman Tosun did all the work for my dental treatment for 2 years. He installed a permanent crown with a lump inside on my upper jaw. However, after 3 months, they broke in half because all been glued on
top of the implants without a screw. After that, I contacted Erdem
Hospital & Erdem Dental Clinic no one wanted to deal with me or
answered me. After that, Sarah Hashem said that Erdem Hospital not want to see me
any more. Then we find it a different departments to deal with a
problems (Turkish Ministry of Health & Police Department). After that, I received a call from them informing me that they would
accept me. Then I returned to the clinic, and Doctor Osman work he did very bad. Doctor Osman is a poor dental specialist because he lacks knowledge
and expertise. Because for 2 years time he made my permanent &
temporary crowns crooked, very bad shape. Doctor Osman broke all my
life, made me disable. 2 years i living without any crowns, only implants with metal heads. All
the time 24/7 on strong painkillers. I paid in total NOW ABOUT £20000 British Pounds
Sterling's for (dental treatment, hotel, flight tickets, bus tickets (London
to my home, Home to London), food, others & still doesn't ending story. 7 times been visiting Istanbul Erdem Dental Clinic, end up with nothing.
I'm spend a lots money to this clinic, no permanent crowns, just metals 2
years and plus disability about my health. 2 years try to make it done my
crowns, but only have metal inside my mouth & have big stress and
nerves for 2 years time . Only can eating without chewing it food, because only sharp metal inside. Even other Doctors from another clinic
laughing at my mouth x-ray image, when i sent it to them.
I have all the proves documents, receipts, photo images & more .… we have 4 proving documents:
First document on 5th May 2022 saying German implants
Second document on 13th May 2022 saying Turkish implants
Third document 7th September 2022 saying again German implants
Fourth document 7th September 2022 Italian implants
What is this deception ? ONE MORE DOCUMENT TURKISH IMPLANTS?

Great surgeon…
I can’t believe how great the surgeon was here after going to another clinic in turkey I was sceptical of the care but this clinic and surgeon were absolutely amazing. The surgeon was clear on the whole journey. The clinic was immaculate. The after care from the surgeon was great he visited me 2 times a day. He allowed me an extra nights stay in the hospital as I was a solo traveller just to make sure I was doing good. .
Now on to my results I went for an extended tummy tuck and lipo. I am amazed with the results . My scar is so neat and tidy and I am really happy with how my tummy looks . The belly button was a worry for me going in to the op but he’s done fantastic it looks great.

First they don't just take your money they asked for some blood tests to make sure you're suitable for the surgery then at hospital they have translators in so many languages, they took care of me like I'm someone of their family, after the surgery they sent my details to the Dietician MEL who's very helpful nice lady to keep me in touch all time. Erdem Hospital is nothing short of…
Erdem Hospital is nothing short of excellent!!! The professional and welcoming service from pre operation consultation to the hospital stay and operation and post op All the staff there are friendly. Top class transportation is provided for the airport pick up and between hospital and hotel which was 5 star at the Hilton .
Mohammed and The co ordinator Mohammed, excellent with making sure you are looked after during your entire stay. Dr Oguz (surgeon) produced an excellent result, surpassing expectation!! My wife was very pleased!! I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone that is going to Istanbul for cosmetic surgery!

Well i had a hair transplant 12 months…
Well i had a hair transplant 12 months ago at the Erdem Hospital. The staff made the experience really enjoyable.
The procedure was painless really. Post op I felt some pain on the back of my head behind my ears.
Ofcourse my hair took some time to regrow but when it did grow it was a very good job with amazing results which I am very delighted with and would recommend it very highly.

I had a really good experience at Erdem Hospital overall. My WhatsApp coordinator Ikram was absolutely amazing from the very start so kind, supportive, and professional. She made the process smooth and always checked in to make sure I felt comfortable and informed.
Dr. Kadir was honest and realistic with me about my results. I didn’t have much fat for a full BBL, but he still achieved a lovely, natural lift that made a big improvement. I really appreciated his honesty and the effort he put into working with what was possible for my body.
The hospital itself was very clean, and the translators and nurses were attentive, even checking in during the night to ensure I was safe and comfortable.
I came prepared I brought a chaperone, stayed an extra night just to rest properly, and made sure to order a BBL pillow for the flight home. I think preparation on your own side really helps make the experience smooth.
The aftercare team stayed in touch and continued checking on my healing progress, which made me feel cared for even after I left.
Thank you to Ikram, Dr. Kadir, and the Erdem team for the professionalism, honesty, and care throughout my .journey.

I had mummy makeover and bbl at Erdem…
I had mummy makeover and bbl at Erdem hospital, my surgeon was Kadir Tastasiz, avoid this man at all cost. He left me in worst state then I was before. He completely botched my tummy, my implants are not done correctly I'm looking for explant, bbl is completely gone, I have some weird sensations all around my body, I think he damaged my nerves somehow. Nurses at the hospital are terrible, so unprofessional, hospital is so dirty as well. When I raised my concerns to the surgeon and to the customer care representative they said my results are satisfactory. No one is replying on my messages or asking how am I.After my surgery I was weeled back to the theater to have hematoma cleaned, I ended with 5 blood transfusions. Still after nearly 4 months I'm in pain, I will never forgive myself for trusting Erdem with my life and body. Please avoid this hospital specialy Dr Kadir Tastasiz if you value your life!!!!!

Went for breast augmentation and it went really well all the nurses were very attentive and kind and the doctor also met my expectations. Fantastic team and support
I had my septorhinoplasty at Erdem Clinic in Turkey, and honestly, it was such a positive experience. From the very beginning, everyone was so kind and professional. The nurses were amazing, always checking in and making sure I was okay, and the translators made everything so easy, I never felt lost or confused. My doctor was super attentive and took the time to explain everything, which really made me feel comfortable. The aftercare team is also fantastic, always ready to answer my questions. My experience at Erden Hospital was really smooth — I was well taken care of from the airport pickup all the way to the end. The chauffeur, nurses, translators, lab technicians, cleaner, food, doctor, and dietician were all great.
The only thing I’d note is that the nurses, while efficient and fast, didn’t have much of a personal touch — perhaps due to the language barrier.
