Great service! Love my purchase, had a few little extras thrown in which made it extra exciting!

I have used so many mane and tail detanglers/ conditioners over the years, but this wins hands down! I spray the most knotted tails and brush straight through. It smells good and leaves the hair really silky. Wouldn't buy anything else !

Ordered before 1.30pm and received package the next day. Size of jacket came up smaller than I expected, phoned their office, had great help where another jacket was sent and a pre paid bag was sent. I have just purchased my usual supply of Cool It pastes ready for the Firework season. My Arabian has lived with me for 21years, and some of our neighbours are very inconsiderate with regards to their private fireworks in their back gardens-pointing them into my horses' paddock. Obviously, no horse is likely to be totally calm in such a situation, but my 32yr old Shetland who lives with him copes much better. Obviously wanting to help my Arabian to cope with the stress, they keep to their usual routine and are stabled overnight, and I actually sit out with them to make sure that they come to no harm. I have had to book holidays all of my working life in order to get them in before dark, as of course, no one ever has the decency to give me any warning of when they intend to let fireworks off... It isn't limited to November 5th, or I would sedate my horse, as a one off. His reaction is pacing,sweating, calling for me and mild colic symptoms... I have been on the verge of calling a vet out to him late at night before now, but he calms down enough to eat and settles as soon as it is quiet.

A good few years ago, getting anxious about my animals' welfare, I discovered Cool It pastes and powder.
I now start feeding the powder a couple of weeks before "Bonfire Night"& the ACTUAL day of 5th November, and the Friday and Saturday nights, he has a "sandwich" of Cool It paste before it gets dark...
He's fine with a few going off around us, and walks quietly in at dusk, most importantly, eats his tea, drinks and eats hay throughout it all- maybe pausing to listen to loud ones- and so helping to prevent Colic.
The difference in him is amazing! I still sit at the stables, with a radio on, freezing cold and wet more often than not, but I am so much happier, listening to my lovely horse and his little Shetland friend munching on their hay while the chaos goes on around us!
Equineproducts-ukltd.com is a brilliant company. The service is excellent. The products are always promptly delivered, and the ones I have tried work really well. I received a free branded woolly pom pom hat in my latest order, and as well as coming in handy during my fireworks vigal, I shall be happy to wear it out and about, as I will quite happily tell anyone how good Cool It pastes are and advertise them!!!
