Misleading stock claims and…

Awful experience, never again.

Items are advertised as in stock with 48-hour delivery, but it takes 6 days just for the item to come into stock, before it could even be dispatched with ZERO communication with the customer about this. When I raised concerns and said I’d be leaving an honest review, I was threatened with order cancellation unless. Then they claimed to have done just that yet I’ve received no refund notification.

This delay has ruined my daughter’s birthday, which was especially disappointing given they promote themselves as a family-run business. Very poor communication and misleading delivery

Seems to be a common thing this Christmas as I’ve seen multiple reviews saying the same in the last few days. It’s Disappointing that they have such bad attitude and Customer service this time of year and they feel no type of way about ruining peoples Christmas.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that this order did not work out as intended, particularly as it was for a birthday.

To clarify, delivery times shown on our website are estimates rather than guarantees, especially during peak seasonal periods. When you contacted us, we explained that the specific colour ordered was not available for immediate dispatch and offered several options: immediate dispatch of an alternative colour, dispatch of the original item as soon as stock arrived, or a full refund.

We fully understand that the situation was upsetting and appreciate that emotions were high. However, we are also real people running a small family business, and while we always try to help, the tone of the conversation became unacceptable. At that stage, communication had broken down and we felt it was no longer appropriate to continue the transaction.

As a result, the order was cancelled and a full refund was processed via PayPal on 19 December. Refund notifications were issued by the paypal and sent to you.

We regret the disappointment caused and thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
