Very good service
Aafreen was the the agent I spoke to on phone and she helped me to achieve all that was required online to get me up and running. She was so good at explaining what to do and made the process easier.

OK, it took over hour, but then it was complex and it was all new to me, but at no stage did Aafreen express anything other than a concern to get this mess sorted out or suggest in any way that I was an ignorant bumbling idiot (I was).
Brilliant customer service as experienced by someone who regularly writes to complain about poor customer service.

Difficulty logging into ISA Account
I have been having difficulty logging into my EQi ISA account for over a week. I spoke to 2 previous representatives on separate occasions on Tuesday and Thursday last week. Although they both sent me new temporary passwords, each time I received an error message when trying to entre the new temporary password.
This morning I contacted a third person (Debbie). After trying to enter the temporary password again and getting the same error message, they suggested that I clear the search history from my Microsoft Edge browser. When this didn't work, at Debbie's suggestion I used the Google Chrome search engine on my I-pad. This time it worked.
Debbie was very helpful and patient, for which I am grateful
