Great customer service

Ratheesh P Was quite helpful. However, there was long silences on the phone and I never knew whether he was still there or not so I think some sort of reassurance could have been good. But that's just a small thing and I hope it's taken constructively

I think he did misunderstand a question of mine at the end where I wanted to withdraw some cash that I had sitting in my account. And he advised me that I had to do it via my bank. Instruct my bank, but I think maybe he was confused with organising a direct debit.

ISA help

Trying to get get some clarification on how to transfer shares into an ISA and what the costs would be, took a long time. i had to keep checking as "yes" was used alot, but not to confirm my query.

The lady I spoke to was extremely courteous, was able to help me with my query - after referring to a colleague - and was also very patient as I did not have all the necessary information required to hand!
