The worst website ever. Do not use!!!! Do not send information!!! I wish I saw all these terrible reviews before trying to use it

Same stuff, never ending stream of questions and data that you provide, they should also go ahead and ask for blood type, bul**hit. Im so mad i didnt looked up reviews before providing my passports. Stay away.

It is a complete SCAM. Asking for all kind of documents and photos and then when you provide everything that no one else ever asked for, they come up with ridiculous questions and demands like proof of employers existence and employer's report on your duties at work!?! Come on please! STAY AWAY from this!

As indicated by other reviews, they just collect your data and don't approve your account. Step by step I provided them with documents yet there was always something that was not missing/correct. I requested gathered data to be deleted yet there was no response. I would seriously file a lawsuit but I'm not sure exactly how and where, but I will research things and go forward with it. It would help however if there were more clients in one lawsuit.

epayservices is a huge scammer, I warn everyone doesn't open an account with them, I am just like everyone here, I provide them all the documents they ask me for KCY, and after they get them they decline my registration whin no reason, I think they use our personal documents for a shady thing, or they resell our info such passport and ID in the black-market, please keep your self-safe and don't trust these scammers, for me, unfortunately, I don't read reviews about them here before I register, FBI must look at this and take down these public identity thefts. I will fill case against them.

Just as with majority of reviews here, it's impossible to pass by verification process. No matter of documents uploaded or what you say, they reply with nonsense. Looks like their target is to collect as much as possible personal info. It's super shady business and I think it's a case for interpol to take a look at.

Great payment service using my EUR account + prepaid card for 4 years or smth like that, tbh cannot trust other bad reviews here. I think ePay support team should work here also and reply them because so far it looks like it is all just a fake spam.

If there was a way to award a zero star rating to these scammers, I think that would have been the best rating for them.
They have a ridiculous verification process, which I believe is meant to collect personal information from potential clients and use to carry out dubious activities.
They have a robotic Customer service that always says the same thing like a 'copy and paste' no matter what you say.
Stay far away from them for the safety of your personal data and especially your money.

Would give zero stars if possible. Not only do they ask for a ridiculous amount of information in order to verify you, once you actually get verified, and I’m one of the few who has apparently, they have very few deposit services. They seem to only deposit to banks in Columbia?? I asked support about this and was met with “we desposit to Colombia.” So they clearly use bots to respond to customers. And all the other deposit options say they are (mysteriously) out of order currently. When contacting support in order to ask what deposits are available for Australia, as the advertising said that they would deposit to any bank worldwide, they just kept going on about Columbia and saying please look at your dashboard. And I replied again and I’ve heard nothing back. It seems like a massive scam, do not trust your money with them, there’s no way to deposit it to a bank it seems. Just an absolutely ridiculous dysfunctional site, that asks for too much to verify, and gives you very little in response. I’m completely furious. Seems shady and scammy, I hope nothing negative comes of them having my personal information! Stick to PayPal everyone.

Absolute scam website! DO NOT USE! I gave them what they asked for in terms of ID and proof of address, and then they blocked my account. No explanation from them whatsoever. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Totally inadequate service that simply lures your personal data, inventing more and more absurd ways to not verify your account.
I provided completely all the required documents that they requested, a tourist passport and an internal passport of a citizen, and absolutely all pages, even blank ones. And you know what happens then, they send me a letter demanding to take a photo against the background of their service, with my passport, where my face, the details of my passport and their service will be clearly visible. Seriously? Maybe after that? I should dance redpoll on my buttocks or dance with a tambourine?
Such an inadequate attitude, I have not seen in any payment system.
I wrote a letter to their support team, demanding to delete the already downloaded personal data and see how they will do it, if this does not happen, then we can confidently say that these are scammers who collect your personal data for personal purposes. And of course a lawsuit will be filed.
I do not recommend it at all, the network has a sufficient number of payment systems that do not deal with this absurdity.

be careful with epayservice ,. They sell your data, then they clone your identity, they steal your money, and they do not return, you speak with the support, and they do not pay attention to you, if I had found these opinions before, I would never have opened an account

I can make sure its very good service
but i agree with that they ask alot personal info during kyc
how you deposit and all that stuff but at the end of the day you will get your account verified
and you can create as much virtual cards you want and you can also get physical card which comes with 0 fees at all

I been suck with Payounner account the fee was expensive until found this E-wallet solution
Im using epayservice, i give theim my papers and until now the account run Great.

Been living in North Africa, we have always problem with Prepaid card, thanks to There Master Credit card, its work at any ATM in My Country.

I even made some online purchase!

In Short, im very Happy ,Especially with the Prepaid card service, i hope they gonna keep runing and not stop it like other E-Wallet company!!

I agree with most of the posts here that this is a very questionable organization. From what little I can find, I see they are NOT regulated by any government body to ensure your money is safe. It seems to be operated by Russians or Ukrainians hiding behind the cover of a Malta shell company. I am not risking my money with this service, and besides, their rates are outrageous.

Fake site. They collect your personal information. I gave them more and more personal information before I realized it is a scam. Don't load your personal information. They are just stealing it.

Epayservice is not scam I been using it for years now I always receive my money and never had any issues just they strictly have rules of documents I’m living in France and my visa was expired I’m having a hard time to get a renew visa here so they asking me to update now I can’t see my account or use my account unless that was updated again due to covid I’m having more hard time to get my visa renew you guys can trust ePayService I wish they can consider my account but it seems not thanks for the good service for my money transfer hopefully I can get back my account soon again
