This is a complete pain every month takes hours to reset, tells you your answers are wrong etc absolutely boring

Very simple to payment transfer and collection, you can send and receive payment to bank account, cash, ewallet, digital currency. On one platform you can have all the facilities, they have 02 types of account, 01 is personal users and another one is for merchants. it is really convenient, i am really happy to use their services, thanks Epay team.

I attempted to open an account yet their stupid web interface didn't list the United States of America as a country but it accepted my USA phone number. The site then informed me I needed to pick a country matching my phone number! Certainly not going use this service.

I wanted to use Epay to deposit funds into my crypto trading account that support this Epay. Fankly its been nothing but a nightmare getting money deposited into Epay, then trying to get it out. Backwards and forwards between Epay and the crypto echange support.
Their deposit/remittance processes are not intuitive.
I can only see this costing me a lot of money in exchange commission and fees to get my own money back out as given up trying to get it into crypto account!

Customer service is informal and unprofessional, they respond vaguely and out of the context of the problem.
They do not reply email, and chat only on their bussines hours.
The deposit finally took 5 days to arrive even though the payment was immediate accreditation.

Ordered a set of Bicycle wheels and was given a tracking number.Tracked it until it said delivered ??? I was home all that day and got delivery's FedEx, UPS and USPS but no Bicycle wheels. I sent off 3 emails to customer support and got Crickets. My credit card company had no problem issuing Me a refund. Stay away from Epay !!!

Do not part with your had earned cash, its all a scam, also carbuncle and Amber Smyth all scammers

They have not accepted my utility bill as a proof of address, although it clearly shows my address!
They replied "Please specify your address and provide the address proof that is commensurate with each other."
They are not intelligent enough to go through my submitted data and documents!!
Their brains are like old shoes!!

They refuse to authenticate me because I am Syrian. Racism in this glob is disgusting!

Horrible system. They will do everything possible to not allow you to send your money out from them and make it almost immposible to contact anyone from the company. AVOID AT ALL COST.

DO NOT get Epay. I was getting a friend a gift card so i spent $30 on it. I pay then it turns up unavailable. But they aren't giving me a refund HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I have reached out with them and they have not responded its been 2 days. We rang there Site and it was responded by a really long process and the lady we had didn't even seem to really bother or care about the customer. This has given me stress and I recommend NOT getting this. It is a scam. Just don't for your own sake.

Awful, broken

We have used several different companies for our payroll and this was by far the most frustrating experience. They don't know how their own system works. Reporting is horrible and the customer service team is lacking knowledge and communication skills, although they are very kind.
Buyer beware.

They built an unnecessarily complicated website for users. I fail to understand why I need to search everywhere in the employee page a way to download docs and payslips.
Just get a "download" button on the opening page, where I just get the notification "your new payslip is in", but cannot get hold of it. What's the point of having users multiplicate exponentially the clicks to get hold of the actual document?
It takes them 5 or more pages to put the content that fits in 1 page.

I've tried contacting you multiple times regarding my transaction you according to the blockchain took actions on 8 minutes after I recieved the crypto. How come I still haven't recieced my transfer when the blockchain proofs it succesfully reached my account? On my account it says the transaction failed, I have proof it was successfully transffered. I would reccomend anyone that sees this to stop using epay immediately if you do today. I've been trying to get my crypto back for 3 years. This site is not trustworthy!

Made to make you bankrupt by having too complicated of a "security system", for the regular person in todays young society this system will overheat your mind with too much questions and as well as charge you random low sums of money for every action and codes i couldnt find. Not good.!!!

I transfered to epay from binance to withdraw euros.
It turned out that "wire transfer" has minimul operation limit of 5000€.
Other option "bank transfer" simply didn't work. I have tried out 3 different banks all of them failed with message: "no suitable remittance agency found".
When I asked for support why "bank transfer" doesn't work, they replied: "It is just that our bank cooperation is being adjusted temporarily, so it has been suspended. I do not know when it will be resumed.The quota is stipulated by the bank" and "sorry".
I was unable to withdraw euros, so needed to find a workaround for it.
Currency exchange, buying and transfering cryptos worked well.
Support was sometimes responsive, sometimes not.

I believe the review of Tim is unfair because the local regulations in different countries or regions change now and then, so it is normal for the compliance team of epay.com requires a higher-standard KYC now. I have been enjoying its service for several years, nothing unhappy happens, and I recommend guys can contact the right person Mr. AngusCham to solve your issues.
