Would definitely buy again . The tracksuit I bought was perfect. say was true to sizing,perfect quality, the material was incredible. The service was amazing send me my tracking within the same day and send me updates about my order along the way would 100 % recommend

Quality is unbelievable took 2 days to be delivered and great price especially for how most brands aren’t near as comfortable definitely

LIARS AND CONMEN....simple as that .sent for some items £215...waited...nothing came..sent a follow up email..waited.sent another..waited sent yet another..nothing .eventully after about 4 days and 5 emails .received one in a long line of menono replies..then got a reply claiming that i had not included my mobile number..apparently this is needed..for courier..first in a long line of lies...
If i provide same order will be sent immediatly...lie number two....this was about 11am..my order sat there all that day right through to 3.30 the next day... this despite..lie number 3..i was assured that courier had collected it 24 hours later..

All this time i was quite reasonably asking when will this actully arrive .it was supposed to have been there that day...asked multiple times .never given a straight answer.

Told them i wanted to make a escalated complaint..was told lie 4...a complaints manager would ring me...still waiting.

Next day..ie today chased up again..at this stage i was told...aka lied to...that courier had collected previous day..on their site it was down as dispstched..on courier site...who i presume are not liars..it was still with the liars....i challanged them but they doubled down on their lies...i sent a screen shot of couriers live page showing it had never left....
At this stage i made it crystal clear...carrier dont have this..lieing dont make it happen....i definatly dont have it...this is needed by today as we are going away next day..wed...i certainly cant afford to be spending unnecessary money because envi are at best incompetent at worst conmen...i want a refund..at this stage they definatly still had the goods it was collected hours later by courier
I dont know about the quality of what they sell..however i can only suspect that the quality will be as dodgy as the customer service.

I haven’t even gotten my order yet and it has been 3 weeks and envi has sent me an email saying my order hasn’t been shipped and asking what is my order number I told envi and they still haven’t answered

Tracksuits really well made and quick delivery.

I got this as a birthday present for my 16 year old grandson & he was delighted

I liked how the website is linked to the shop app so you can track your order

I order the wrong size in the clothes but other from that Very fast delivery,great quality in clothing,

absolutely shocking company, ordered a matching tracksuit for my son only to receive different style of bottoms that dont even match the top. On top of that I was charged £60 customs charge that wasnt stated on their website! No response to any email either so stuck with a tracksuit that doesnt match. Very disappointed to say the least and will not be using this company ever again!

Absolutely shocking I ordered 5 tops on sale, I received only 4 of them. I contacted them telling them that I hadn’t received one of my items. They then came back a day later saying they will refunded it so I re ordered the same top. Then 2 days later I received an email from them saying that my new order had been refunded. I sent them an email to ask why it was refunded and why they hadn’t contacted me about it where they then came back a day later saying it was sold out even though it is still in stock on their website. Now they are ignoring my emails.
