I ordered the 1-4 half zip black in a…

I ordered the 1-4 half zip black in a size large over two weeks ago they sent me a small hybride jacket with the packaging saying the 1-4 half zip I received one email which asked for pictures which I sent and I have emailed several times and still no reply the customer service is terrible I definitely won’t be ordering from here again as it was for my sons birthday and I had to spend more money to get him something else from jd sports

Came across this brand last month, thought I’d give them a go, best decision I’ve made, quality is superb and comfort is 10/10, 100% would recommend to anyone 🙌🏼💪🏼

The quality is amazing

The quality is amazing! Super happy with my order! Delivery was really fast and the quality of the packaging and clothes is great everything feels well made and looks exactly like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Elude.

I waited nearly a month for my order, only to be told by An Post that the parcel is being returned to the sender due to an invalid or insufficient customs declaration. This means the issue was caused by incorrect shipping documentation on the sender’s side.

As a customer, I had no control over this, yet I’m left without my item after weeks of waiting. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when proper shipping and customs handling is the responsibility of the seller.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as delays and failed deliveries like this can occur.

Worth the wait

Pretty slow delivery but they eventually did reply to my emails and it comes in some nice packaging and the clothes them selves are great quality. Would recommend.

brilliant quality

brilliant quality, and attention to detail coming with additional zip tags. I ordered my tracksuit and it arrived in 3 days. 👍👍
