I just started this journey with entry yesterday. I found that all information they ask for is what you have to put on the standard form.
I also understood that this is a service of convenience and nothing more. I am good with that because that was clear.
So stay I will keep this updated as I move along.
Scam. Completely unnecessary service.
Misleading that it shows up before the official government website for passport renewals.
they were not upfront about the fact that that they are not affiliated with the government--and they charge a minimum of *three times* what the government charges for passport renewal. Absolute scam.
I submitted an order for expedited passport and was charged (verified on credit card), and was then sent an email asking for the same amount again. I tried calling and their AI agent was not able to find me in their system though I had the Order ID and email I used and got an email from them with. I've asked for email and phone calls to confirm and though their website says replies within 24 hrs, I have not gotten a reply. I see other reviews where Entry has replied mentioning they cannot find the reviewer in their system and I'm wondering if they are not able to track their orders.
First website to pop up when searching passport renewal. How do we verify it is not a scam to steal information? Wasn't unable to reach a representative. Waiting before I pay to verify....how long will it store my application? Need a passport ASAP just don't want to get scammed.

I start renewing my passport and came across this company. I was skeptical at first bc it is a lot of personal information going to a non-government site. It’s good to know going into this that this site is not government website. They do the work so you don’t have to. If that is something you want to do I recommend this site. Great communication and assistance. Contact company and they got back to me within the hour. Cyrill is the best ga e me an answer to my questions and provided a solution quickly. She is amazing. Thank you again.

The charges are significantly elevated for the service provided, I desired a passport and a passport card. Due to their oversight, the passport card request was not processed. They attempted to refund the cost of the service post facto. My advice is don't use them if it be avoided

Sneaky sneaky do not use this site!!!!
Also when you go to request refund no options work all give an error and say to email them. In addition be careful to look at the fine print you will pay double for your passport. I recommend you avoid this site and go directly to the government site. As for their response I have no reason to lie about me and my family experience accidentally using this site thinking it was the government’s site. Glad to say though they did eventually and thankfully respond to the email and issued refund. We then went directly to real government site and applied. Which processed even faster and for less.

This company is operating deceptively and appears to be a scam. I urgently needed to expedite my passport for upcoming travel. Based on Entry’s website, it was clearly designed to mislead consumers into believing the company is affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government. It is not.
I submitted highly sensitive personal information, including passport details, and paid over $700 for a promised 2–3 business day expedited service. Entry’s website now shows my order as “completed,” yet no passport, tracking number, or proof of submission has ever been provided. It has now been more than 12 days.
I have made repeated attempts to contact this company via email and phone with no response whatsoever. At this point, I have no confirmation that my application was ever submitted, nor do I know where my personal information is being stored or used.
As a direct result of Entry’s actions, I am now without a passport, have incurred significant financial loss, and have been forced to freeze my credit and monitor all financial accounts due to the risk of identity theft.
This company took payment, failed to provide the service promised, and has completely ceased communication. Consumers should be warned, and this business should be investigated for deceptive practices and potential fraud.
Tricked my wife into giving up a lot of information and paying for a service that was not needed. customer support links are all broken, state they cant find the account / email that was used. "technical difficulties" on all the support links. Will be filing a fraud claim on our credit card and locking our credit reports.
Angelica was able to assist me with processing a refund of $148 for the passport replacement fee. The service she provided me was excellent

Genesis Rangel She did a really good jobs helping me getting my passport on time .
This website appears as the first search result when you look up “Passport Renewal,” even before the official U.S. government site. Because of this, it is extremely misleading.
The site is designed to look like an official government portal. It uses the name “Entry,” which is easily confused with “Global Entry,” and displays a government-style icon that says “Government Assist.” This gives the impression that the site is affiliated with the U.S. government.
The only disclosure that it is a third-party service is written in small gray print at the top of the page, which is very easy to overlook.
If you click the “Renew Your Passport” link, you are taken directly to a page where you begin entering personal information. This bypasses the main page where the third-party fees are shown at the bottom. As a result, users can complete most of the process without ever clearly seeing the pricing disclosure.
The initial fee is very similar to the official passport renewal fee, which makes users believe they are paying the government fee. Only after payment are users asked to submit an additional payment for the actual passport processing.
As a result, we submitted extremely sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers, passport details, and identification photos, believing we were using a legitimate government website.
The website lists a Puerto Rico address, but the phone number is not local. When calling, it routes to Idaho and the call does not go through.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and confusion. I strongly recommend using the official government website (travel.state.gov) and avoiding third-party services like this.
I am very concerned about my information being compromised on this site. They charge more than the original invoice given and then tell you AFTER you have given them your credit card info' that you will be charged an extra $130 for the government fee. This is deception. I am asking for a cancellation of my order and credit to my account. We'll see if they honor my request.
I did not realize that this was not the government passport agency. My bad. But nevertheless, I never saw any disclaimers such as this company gives in its response to a similar complaint on Trustpilot:
“Disclaimer: passport.entry.com is a private service working with licensed passport couriers. We are not a government agency and do not provide legal advice.”
I can only hope and pray that my credit card info is secure and that my application is actually submitted in the expedited form for which I paid extra.
Your agent was extremely helpful. The process was user friendly and efficient.
Entry.com came up in a Google search for how to renew a passport and I didn't see the very fine print at the top saying they weren't a government website. They prominently list an excellent TrustPilot rating but clicking on it takes you to a review for a different website, govassist.com. (As of 1/11/26, entry.com has no ratings.) The site asked what I wanted to do and I clicked renew a passport so I didn't see the part lower on the webpage about a $119 fee. When I paused and then resumed my passport application they asked for $148 in addition to the US passport fee (including a platform and service fee). They may be a legitimate company, I'm not sure, but they certainly seem to be trying to look like a government website, use someone else's TrustPilot ratings and charge more for their service than they say on their homepage.
