At first, I was a little leery, but they are very responsive and happened to my request. I was a little afraid and freaked out at first, but they are helping me get my passport done. They have been really responsive and I am pleased with the service.

Used Entry LLC to renew my passport and after 4 weeks have heard nothing and they are not responding. Do not use, If only I could start over and get a refund. I also paid for expedited service, more money, no passport.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I submitted a passport renewal in the early part of February since then I have had no contact, no updates. It is three months later I have not received my passport, I have submitted five separate email requests for a status update without a response. I have called their phone number twice and cannot get in touch with a live representative and the automated system could not recognize any of the information provided and could not even verify a request in progress even though I provided the specific ticket ID and order ID. This is 100% a scam company. DO NOT utilize this website.

Impossible to contact

I waited 12 days for a confirmation that my order would be cancelled and refunded. 99% of communication is AI. At the very last second, (what I think was) a real person responded to me and processed the refund and cancellation I had been waiting 12 days for (mind you I paid for a 3-day service). The whole thing was extremely frustrating and stressful. Only reason they get a second star is because they eventually did what I asked them to - it just took a really really long time.

OMG!! What did I just do? I am a gigantic idiot and paid almost $600 for them to process this. I just did it today and I’m stopping the payment immediately. I don’t know how to get my information to stop, but these reviews are not good and I really, really wish I saw this before. My, tough luck

don't let Entry.com sucker you out of 150 dollars or more. This is not an offical government website to renew passport. They simply take the information you enter on their website, and use to to apply for a passport on the official .gov website that you should have used in the first place.

Scam site

Scam site. I was duped and requested full refund and cancellation of my passport application. Got a canned response from a rep named David when I called and not anticipating they will make getting my refund easy. I will do chargeback/small claims if need but hoping it does not come to this. The site looks very official and its not clear its not the gov website to untrained eyes. I hate that they have my personal details and my money.

It’s a fraudulent site

It’s a fraudulent site. They took the information and are doing who knows what with it. Got multiple charges from them and luckily chase flagged them. They closed the account and are issuing a new card, I had to freeze accounts and notify state department of fraud. What a hassle. All because Google directed me here instead of passport services and I was fooled into thinking this site was legit. Stay away from this site as it will upend your life and potentially cost you thousands.

Did not realize it was a nongovernment…

Did not realize it was a nongovernment company. The application failed to spot that the passport I wantd to renew had already been renewed a year ago. The application refused to take my credit card #. I tried to have them remove my information but apparently they did not have a file since the application was not completed with payment. But I was able to access the application and delete almost all of the information,especially the most sensitive. Here's hoping the info is not stored somewhere.

SCAM

I entered my information (including my card info), but didn't finish filling out the application. When I hit continue, I saw that the original quote was nowhere near how much they were asking. I didn't hit confirm, yet within minutes, $167 was taken out of my account. That was neither the original quote, nor the final number they were asking for which I DID NOT APPROVE AND NEVER CHECKED OUT. When I tried customer service, they of course were not helpful at all. I never got an email from them... nothing.

I need them to delete my personal information!

Until I got to the payment part I did not realize this was not the government site. I did not complete the transaction but am very concerned about the information provided. I would like all of my application information purged and some sort of confirmation to that effect. But.. AI suddenly couldn't send to my email after having already done so three times. Then silence when I submitted the request again.
