I had a programme dependency issue - I couldn't install something I had previously bought and used on Ubuntu 16.04 on Ubuntu 17.4 and Entroware very helpful as ever, problem solved in a day. The after-sales support from this company is superb.

Entroware builds quality goods
Entroware was very helpful when it came to helping me decide what I needed and offered a wide variety of options when it came to choosing what parts went into my new computer.
This is the second time I have chosen Entroware and both times the device has worked great and is built carefully unlike other sellers who i have chosen in the past.

With Entroware - don't be nervous of trying the Ubuntu oerating system!
The order went thro ok and on time. The initial stages in finding out the first steps into Ubuntu went well. A small problem using the terminal to update the auto update procedures was sorted with a couple of suggested options by return- giving me the support needed. I wasn't typing a space in the correct place.
The laptop is practical and nice to use with a decent sized screen and reasonable battery life, they also installed Scribus (publisher sort) on request. +
...Its good value at the price. The chaps at Entroware were very helpful and we would buy from them again.

Excellent Service
Put an order for two Linux laptops in, received them within 5 business days. Laptops arrived without faults and were working as expected.
Shortly after we realised that a wrong order had been placed and one of the laptops didn't meet our needs in terms of processing power so we contacted the Entroware support team in order to resolve this. Very helpful staff, helped us organise the return of the unit and refund.
Ordered a different model from Entroware and again, arrived in 5 business days. No problems with the other unit either.
5/5, recommend.
