very very bad team

very very bad team , we five member from nepal has applied for czech republic work permit . we paid a 1st lot installment . i paid full 14K aed . receipt also avaiable . but they send us a fake ambassey date . so we dont pay them for further process . now still they are not ready for refund , although total duration is 3 month but crossed 6 months . very bad bad experiences from this entity . i will not ever ever suggest anyone to do work with this team . if any one need more proof plz send mail to me i will send all details ...
