Booking the car was OK but I did not like the car [Peugeot 2008] and found the infotainment system one of the more difficult ones to use. There was a warning light for tyre pressure on the dash. If... See more

Cheating dishonest vehicle operates who hit drivers with scrupulous vehicl charges 8 weeks after a incident which I myself first reported.
Enterprise said they would sort the issue but instead ignored it and have ignored me since too.
Untrustworthy, unreliable operators.

Rented for under 4 hours on 16 April 2026. Before returning I proactively emailed Enterprise to report pre-existing unrelated damage — demonstrating I was acting in good faith throughout. Returned the vehicle in the same condition I received it at 13:45.
Seven days later I was notified of a damage claim. Enterprise's own correspondence confirms the vehicle sat completely unattended on a public road for six full days after my return. When I asked my case handler 'Olivia S' directly for any forensic analysis used to determine how the damage was caused — she confirmed no forensic analysis was ever conducted. The £1,250 liability decision was made entirely through an internal conversation between her and her manager.
To make matters worse, just over one hour after that admission, Enterprise attempted to charge £1,250 to my card whilst an active independent BVRLA review was ongoing.
I made four attempts to reach my case handler on the day the decision was communicated — repeatedly told she was busy, on lunch, or would call back.
This matter is now with the BVRLA, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and my card provider. I am fully prepared to pursue this through the courts if necessary.
Enterprise Car Club can apply a £1,250 charge against you based solely on internal opinion — no expert evidence, no forensic analysis, no proof.
Think very carefully before using this service.

The booking and hiring process was great and smooth. However, after hire, we were falsely accused of breaching their code of conduct. Explained and provided evidence as to why the accusations are false. No apologies were given, warning was not expunged, and customer service agent ghosted us (email, initial of operations support: KK ). I posted to Reddit to find out that this is in fact a common occurrence with Enterprise Car Club. If you want to hire a car with them, please be prepared to take as many evidence before, during, after, and be prepared to fight for your case, and do not expect an apology.

All good so far.

I've been with this car club for 21 years and only use it for van hire now I've moved to the suburbs - except for one emergency trip while on holiday in London. Overall, I highly recomend this service. It has easy to use booking and car-entry systems and responsive helpful staff. The reason for not giving 5 star this time, is that on my most recent van hire, I found the damage checking process a bit of a palavar and I think the booking system should make it easier to identify vans as a category from the list of vehicles. I've fed this back to them.

I had a great experience using Enterprise Car Club. The app is easy to use, Communication was good. The vehicle was perfect for my needs. The fact that I was able to extend my time and usage of the vehicle was invaluable and added great flexibility to my journey which was extended by 2 hours due to traffic delays. I will certainly use Enterprise again.

I don't want to leave a bad review, as the service itself was excellent. The car I collected was a disaster, and I would check before renting whether it has been serviced and checked for safety.

The app has very limited functionality and is not user friendly. The app didn’t correctly start my trip so the car wouldn’t start - I had to call the emergency number to have it corrected.
You have to report all damage by sending photos by email, but there’s nowhere that shows you any existing or known damage - so I assume you have to send photos of every bit of damage you find, which in a car club car tends to be quite a lot.
Overall, I’ve only used enterprise car club as they have a car conveniently located for where I live. If an alternative becomes available I will switch.
Once I got moving, the car was fine and the trip was in line with expectations.
