Superb customer service from Hans and the Enoksen team. Ordered a beautiful Krono and was with me the next day. Any queries were answered promptly, even outside of normal office hours. The customer service goes so far beyond what you would usually experience, even other microbrands and those at a far higher price point. I now own 2 Enoksen watches, they are beautifully finished and a joy to wear and they punch far above their price. Look forward to seeing what the future holds for the team. Hopefully I manage to get to Belfast to visit in person someday.

Great service from ordering to delivery.
The deep dive is a solid tool watch that seems well built and hi spec for the price. Wears smaller on wrist then expected and looks great. Will be purchasing other pieces in the future.

Surpassed my expectations. The watch works, so I take it the battery was renewed and the pressure test successful. The turnaround time was short and the status updates reassuring.
But my wife is chuffed with the present of a new strap in place of the original, well worn one. Together with the Enoksen packaging, it was like getting the present of a new watch all over again. Thank you very much.

Have now bought three Enoksen watches, one for a gift and two for myself. Love the brand, especially now that they have started writing Belfast on the face, as on the Krono! Hans and Oliver are delightful to deal with and customer service is first class. Call in and have a look, I'm sure you'll come away with a watch.

absolute pleasure dealing with Hans and Oliver. The watch I wanted was out of stock however they sourced a face and made me a watch... quickly delivered and I really like it. I have several other branded luxury watches that cost a lot more than my Enoksen but it punches above its price point.

Just bought another great looking watch from Enoksen. The excellent new "Dirty Dozen" style watch is made with a quality Swiss hand-wound movement, has a perfectly proportioned dial and a chunky brushed steel case. Well packed and shipped quickly.
