The customer service was so fantastic: they are fast, kind and precise.
I purchased one pair of magnetic lashes and I had a little cutting line in the middle of magnet during the usage so I asked by e-mail about this issue. They got back to me promptly, apologized for the issue and sent me another pair as an exchange item. The quality of the item is good as well.

Two Months without Items
I ordered the product on January 8, 2025, and January 17, 2025 the product said it was on its way. I clicked the link for the shipment service, but it never moved past the shipment company of of YANWEN, yw56.com.cn. It's now March 9 and I haven't received updates and the tracking system states it never had another tracking update. Since I've been busy lately, and my mail is usually slow, I just now requested a refund.

I cannot receive the product after 2 months of my purchase. The package finally arrived and was shipped from Mainland China. The mascara gel is from another brand called Wosado. It is a Mainland China band.

THE COMPANIES REPLY WAS A YEAR LATER! Felt it was important to update this. It’s now over a year and they are finally giving some sort of response. What a joke.
This company is a complete scam. Comes from China. Never got my product. And now they will not refund my money. They are terrible to work with and have zero integrity. Do not buy from them.

Did not receive my order more than a month after purchase.
I placed the order on the 22nd of January and the order got dispatched on the 2nd of February. It is now 26th of February and I haven’t received my order yet. On the website it said 7-14 days after processing. I have been in contact with one of the customers services employees and I provided them with my address and contact information, even though I already did that when purchasing, so that when dealing with the logistics company there is no excuse with regards to the address or contact information. The employee got back to me saying after contacting the local currier they said they were unable to contact me and thus they weren’t able to deliver and that I should contact the currier myself. This is not my problem. Enjuvie promised to deliver within a specified timeframe and you did not. After waiting for over a month, my package has now been sent back and I want a refund.

I find it incredibly difficult to understand why a customer has such a hard time reaching a seller. I have tried every means to contact you—email, your website, and Instagram messenger—yet I have received no response. This lack of communication raises serious concerns about your legitimacy.
If I do not receive a response by today, I will have no choice but to take appropriate action alongside other affected customers and publicly share my experience until I receive a refund.
I expect an immediate response.

Re-sent order arrived after over two months as the original order was lost in transit.
I have been waiting for my Enjuvie order #11634893 purchased on 24th November 2024.
I can see from the FedEx tracking number #770793061405 that there has been no handover of my package since December 16th. It seems stuck in that status or lost in transit.
I had previously placed my first order in early November and the first package had arrived within 3 weeks. I was happy to buy more then to give as Christmas presents. So I made a second order, which is the issue in point here. But, alas not to be!
It has been over 6 weeks waiting for this second package which is a 3-set deal. NO REPLIES AT ALL from 16th December to all my emails, direct messages on FB and Instagram, and on my public posts on the FB.
Team Enjuvie, please act on this or issue me a refund! HKD913.15
Update as of 4th February:
Finally received my long lost/overdue order since mid-November, today! Special call out to Enjuvie staff Elijah for reassuring support when I was really frustrated. So my advice to those of you who are experiencing delays, keep pushing and bombarding them with follow-up emails, Instagram message and Facebook message, with order documentation and credit card statement proof of payment. It has taken me over two months!

I freaking love my pair Ice black, so easy to apply, so lightweight, gym proof, storm proof, my mom and best friend also had me ordered some for them, we all love it. Absolute game changer. 🙌🏼✨
BUT ENJUVIE IS NOT THE ORIGINAL BRAND!! beneath the enjuvie sticker on the packaging it says WOSADO, which I later found out is the original hyped brand. ENJUVIE only has 6 different types, is double the price, takes longer for shipment (in my case about 3 weeks) and doesn’t offer PayPal. I had luck there was a big Christmas discount, but from now on I will order from Wosado directly and only. You can check my review there with pictures if you look for Ice black. The upgraded box is a must! Way better to store the applicator.

This is a scam! I ordered since November and nothing has arrived. All they told me to be patient. The tracking they provided to me is stuck in one location for weeks. They don't want to refund my money. And no solution provided by them or compensation. This is truly scam! It's not even cheap!!

Placed order #11590293 from Malaysia on Nov 13. Order processed Nov15th. Since then Order status "processing" on transporter's site YunExpress from China. No way to contact transporter. No What'sApp or phone for customer support at Enjuvie. Received only one answer by email "we are experiencing delays". yeah, I already knew that.
