Easy to book, impossible to cancel
I don't see my reservation in my account. When I try to link it, it says it's done but it isn't. I need to cancel but the chatbot has now told me that I need to contact support via email.

Slow Communication
I had an illness so was unable to collect the car.
I contacted Enjoy Travel 72 hours before the booking to ask abut the cancellation policy (48 hrs was required). Enjoy Travel were so slow in responding (over 24 hours) that I wasn't able to provide the required 48 hours which I am sure is a deliberate ploy to not provide a refund. In a time sensitive situation they should have systems in place to provide a more timely response.
After numerous e-mails requesting whether a refund will be made I have been totally ignored.
Enjoy Travel will not enjoy my business in the future & I would suggest other people seriously consider using them
