I was looking for my first home and they helped me from start to the end with all the support possible. Darren and Sarah are amazing and will go to any length to get you across the line. They understand each situation and individual and then suggest the best results.

It was a pleasure dealing with them. They understand the market very well.

We had some hurdles but together we over came them. In the early days we had some communication hiccups but with patience and understanding they were also overcome and where we are now could not have been achieved without the help of Darren and Sarah looking forward to many more properties and years working together

I just felt that everyone was really disorganized and at times when I needed to talk with people my calls weren't returned unless I complained to the boss man. It was the biggest roller coaster ride of my life and I'd never felt so stressed. I didn't end up building with Enigma due to my age.

It has been such a pleasure to meet this amazing group/team of people during my journey of becoming a home owner. They were helpful, understanding, explained every thing step by step and most of all very patient. Being a single mum sometimes things seems very hard to obtain and understand but enigma has been that light to help me reach one of my dreams of owning a home for my family. Thank you for all your help it has been a pleasure to work with you now and hopefully in the future again.

My husband and I met with Sarah and Darren twice face to face in our rental home. We found both Sarah and Darren very knowledgeable in relation to how they could help us buy our first home. At first we didn't think it was possible as we had other organisations say the same and nothing came to fruition due to my husband's credit mark. However Darren stated he will help us remove the credit mark and they will help us.
The process was a little longer than except with no fault of Enigma, the hold up was with outside parties such as the creditor who put the credit mark against my husband.
Darren was right the credit mark was removed and this was a battle we fought for at least 5 years. We were so happy!!!!
Once our SMSF process was successful, we were introduced to Azie and Greg. Both Azie and Greg are very personable. They always answered our questions (which was a bit due our past horrible experiences with other companies). Sarah too was always available.
I can remember hearing Greg's voice on the other end of the phone saying Hi, how are you. I was like yeah we good. Greg then saying your home loan has been approved. I literally screamed woohoo!!! Greg told us the amazing news the day before our wedding anniversary!!
We know there was a lot work that went on in the background with getting our home loan approved and we will be forever grateful!
I don't want to forget about Azie, he helped us organise a walk through a display home due our concerns about the builders. Azie assured us the builders had a great reputation and they have been in the building industry for very long time. When we walked through the display home we were amazed by the workmanship and how approachable Micheal from G Developments was.
Enigma has been the only ones who has helped my husband and I obtain our dream to owning our home.

I can honestly say that these guys will work their guts out to look after you & find you the best deal possible. The only reason I've scored an average was due to the poor communication & at times this caused some very frustrating moments. Darren/Sarah & Greg truly are amazing people that actually care about their clients & get results. I will most definitely be using them again for my next home.

First 7 months was a nightmare, then Greg has taken over and in two months we have gotten further than we did in the 7 months. Thanks for all the great work you’ve done for use so far Greg.

I have found the staff to be helpful, respectful and courteous. They have assisted in making a dream come true for me with an easy process. No question has been left unanswered. I could/and have asked many questions some even the same, and I have always had helpful answers.
