On the auction day my knees turned to jelly. So much emotion! So much at risk! Luckily for us Louis was with us to bid on our behalf at the auction. His experience and skills beat off several determined competitors who also wanted to make this property theirs. There is no way I could have thought of the tactics he employed under those high pressure conditions. That’s me putting up the SOLD sticker on our new purchase and I highly recommend that you do the same.
