An absolute pleasure to deal with your company - I realised I had missed a word off my gift card and this was so swiftly dealt with. The rose was a 40th birthday present for my niece, it arrived with me on time to take to her, well packaged and she is delighted with it. Look forward to it being in bloom.

This is the second rose I have purchased from English Roses. Both times I have been delighted with the excellent quality of the rose, the wicker basket, presentation, packaging and customer service. Rose arrived when scheduled each time. Everything was like clockwork.

I received a gift token from a friend to choose a rose for myself which was lovely. I could then choose a delivery day, and the rose arrived on that day. Looks like a lovely healthy specimen, looking forward to Spring to get it planted out.

Was kept up to date about delivery. Wanted a beautiful orange rose in remembrance of my sister who sadly passed away three days before Christmas. Orange was her favorite colour. Was well packaged and very happy with rose

I rang the company to ask their opinion on the rose I'd chosen in memory of a friend. Although it was very bear their closing time i was dealt with courteously and in a very friendly manner. The rose I chose was delivered to my friend's husband very speedily. He is delighted with it and how it was presented so I am delighted too.

Have recently received my ‘never forgotten gift’ rose in memory of my dear mum who sadly passed away in October. Cannot wait for the spring/summer when the rose will be in flower. Delivery was very quick and would recommend.

I wanted a very special rose, for the husband of a very special person. I wanted it be bright, sunny and to be a constant reminder of his dear wife. I needed it to be delivered within a couple of days. Englishroses had an excellent selection of suitable roses and very fast, reliable delivery. I chose the “Forever in our hearts” rose with a long flowering period and beautiful orange/yellow flowers. It was delivered within the advised timescale with regular tracking updates. I hope this will be a beautiful reminder of his wife, the friend we have all lost.
