Arrived beautifully packaged and opened to find a healthy gorgeous rose in a tasteful basket , in memory of my much loved father.

The rose was for a very special event and came on time and in beautiful condition. I was very pleased with the purchase, as were our friends whom it was a gift for!

Easy to order and arrange delivery. Recipient was pleased and commented that rose bush looked very healthy and reassured me that loads of buds ready to burst open soon. As I’m unlikely to see this for a while due to distance it was good to be reassured that gift was the right thing to send.

I would like to say a big thankyou for delivering the gift rose pot for my best friend on time. Her mum sadly passed away. She phoned me to say that she was so happy 😊 and surprised how beautiful the roses were.

I purchased a rose for husband in memory of his mum. It arrived next day very well packaged, lots of green foliage and a couple of buds emerging. Can’t wait to see it in full bloom. Excellent service and beautiful plant.

I had contacted another company who did not have any stock of this particular rose. They suggested trying English Roses. They had the rose in stock. I found their website easy to navigate and I loved the gift option in the nice willow planter.
Made my friend cry as it was so perfect and made her think of her Mum who had recently passed.
The communication was excellent and the delivery was fast.

The website purchase proved a little tricky due to a slight temporary glitch with PayPal. However, picked up the phone and spoke to a human ... phew, who was charming, articulate, knowledgable and resolved the problem, ordering the item which was delivered on time and received with great joy. A wonderful company, don't hesitate to use them.

I was very pleased to find the golden anniversary rose, a perfect gift. The Plant was healthy, well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The company was very friendly and helpful when I had to phone and amend the delivery date, I would definitly recommend them.

I bought two climbing roses. Packaging excellent. The Crimson Cascade with root-ball was lifted out of its pot to find good roots. I took hold of the Arthur Bell and it lifted out of its compost and pot without any resistance whatsoever. There was no significant rootball, just a bare-root rose sat in compost. For a premium product I was surprised and disappointed. Their customer service said "may have been recently re planted". I will not be a returning customer.

Had a gift voucher for christmas only took so long to order due to the choice of roses that englishroses have. The web sight is easy to navigate and the information about roses is great. Once I found the rose I wanted I was shocked that I could have it with in 48 hours. The rose came very well packed and undamaged. It is healthy and a good size ready to plant out. This is the second rose I have got from them and I cannot recommend them enough.

I bought a special rose for my god mothers 80th birthday. The rose arrived on her special day and was well packaged. She was delighted with her gift and I highly recommend English Roses to everyone. I was looking for a Rose to remember my dear friend's Son who passed away a year ago. He was a very out going guy-full of energy and Love. The Rose I chose was named "Shining Star"which he will always be. It arrived well packaged and with more foliage than I expected for the time of year(April)..It arrived on the day that I allocated. It will be going in her garden and will hopefully thrive

Brought this rose for my mum for her 90th birthday, her name is Sheila, so super glad they had a rose named that. Delivery was excellent, so well packaged, boxed upright. Very clear instruction on how to care for the rose, it looked very healthy with new shoots extra. My mum said something about the root was in excellent condition. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As a gift for a couple about to get married, the "Bride & Groom" rose was the perfect choice. Ordering was so easy and offered lots of options for extras like a personal message tag, cards, choice of wrapping etc. I opted for a beautiful wicker basket and a wooden tag along with the message.
The rose arrived by courrier exactly as promised and was incredibly well packaged and in excellent condition. Lots of information on how to open the packaging and care for the rose from the moment it arrived along with more information on how to re-package in order to pass on as a gift.
