Sarah has surpassed my expectations with her diligence and attention to detail especially when dealing with a very tricky incident caused by a tenant but affecting other tenants. Sarah always returns my calls and gives helpful and good advice. I'm glad to say that the timing of Enfields rental payments has improved and trust it will stay that way. It will be interesting to see how Enfields guide Landlords through the new and oppressive legislation and review and select potential tenants, hopefully with increased scrutiny.
