When I called in, I had a problem with the billing of the electric company I used they extra charge with $200.
Zach help was unbelievable he wanted to make sure I was taken care of perfectly and said I will call you back in a couple days to check on it and he sure did today. The phone rang and he said he got your money back.

Energy Ogre helped for several years minimize our Galveston TX electricity charges. Then Wade in Customer Service helped with a refund per our move out of the house last year. They backdated the refund to month after we discontinued with our Retail Service Provider.
