I've been applying the methods here and it works. After less than a year, my vision is noticeably and measurably improving. But don't trust me - or Endmyopia. This is all done using scientific knowledge which can be found on Google Scholar. There's a lot to learn and this isn't to be taken lightly, but the incredibly supportive community is so helpful.

I have no words to express my gratitude to Jake. He literally made one of my dreams come true, and I now know that I will be glasses free after this long but exciting endmyopia journey ! As a med student passionated about alternative medicine and finding the root cause of diseases, I couldn't be more pleased with everything Jake is teaching, and which is based on science ! Jake's manner, his sarcasm and his rants may rub people the wrong way unfortunately. But don't let that put you off! Once you get to know him a little better you realize his heart is in the right place. My eyes focus better and don't feel so strained anymore. There is a lot of information to sit down and read through and it takes time to work. But even after half a year I felt the beginning of results. After a full year even more so and have started to reduce my glasses strength. You can really get all the info you need for free in the wiki and youtube. I recommend you go on your daily walk and listen to youtube. Be prepared to be patient.

An excellent resource for eyesight improvement. It completely changed my perspective towards the eyes.
