The Endeavour Training assessor
The Endeavour Training assessor, Gary Kidd, did a great job through the whole process.
Gary clearly explained from the beginning what was required for each unit and was always available for guidance and support and always responded promptly to any e-mails that I sent him.
Gary was always prompt and professional on the Teams call when assessing the units.
My experience of Endeavour Training was a very positive one.

Tremendous.
I dealt with Gary Kidd who was my assessor and can’t thank him enough, very professional and helpful throughout.

The whole process was made simple and the Endeavour team explained what and how the progress through the NVQ7 would be. True to their words it was as they said and I soon completed the modules.

The team are very supportive and understanding
I done my works in blocks, sometimes I had to reschedule due to other commitments or unforeseen circumstances. The team didn't make a fuss and was very helpful throughout the time.

I completed my NVQ Level 7 with my tutor Matt Burridge, I was put at ease from the first initial session with Matt, he was on the end of the phone for the smallest question without hesitation and made a point of working round my busy work commitments, I couldn’t fault the experience, and a huge thanks to Matt.
Would recommend Endeavour at a drop of a hat, and will certainly use them again for future training

NVQ L7
If you are Really Ready to do this NVQ L7 and complete it within a tight deadline, it is Possible.
It helped me a lot that I made my goal known to my assessor. And he pushed me to achieve that. Was a bit of a strange feeling, as I`m used to push others, instead of being pushed.
But that`s how I succeeded within the timeframe that I wanted to. And I was really busy with my work and other things, but I made it :)

I recently completed my NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management with Endeavour Training, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the team was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress.
