Perfectly Packaged

I’ve been really impressed with End. The selection of curated items is excellent and my purchase was surprisingly cheaper than anywhere else I’d looked. Delivery was fast and everything arrived very well packaged. I also had to return one item and the process was completely frictionless. Overall, a genuinely great shopping experience.

Disappointing service – Unilateral cancellation without immediate explanation

I placed an order, only for it to be unilaterally canceled and refunded by the company due to a sudden stock discrepancy. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. Instead of explicitly stating the reason for the cancellation upfront, the initial notification left me completely in the dark. It was only after I actively reached out and questioned the cancellation that they finally disclosed the reason. Poor stock management paired with even poorer customer communication.

The explanation for the cancellation of your order should have been communicated to you upfront or we should have contacted you right away, for this I am incredibly sorry.

Be warned. Do not return your stuff.

Do not order from hear unless you are certain of your size and it’s exactly what you want.
Received my items fine. But after deciding to return some clothes from my order, items mysteriously vanished and would not be getting a refund.
Have been going back and forth with numerous support chats for over a month, gave them all the tracking information etc, and they all give the same generic responses.
I’ve had to raise a charge back through my bank so i should get my money back. But be warned, not worth the hassle.

The jacket is not what I expected at…

The jacket is not what I expected at all and the color is completely off. I am all for exchanging, but now I have to pay close to $100 to send it back to the UK. It is just simply not worth the headache and now I’m stuck with an expensive jacket that is wrong for me. I write this for anyone else considering purchasing internationally.
