I had an online order but needed to exchange for a size, Jamila was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful: she recommended ordering two sizes for me to try and that different materials could affect the fit vastly. Beware Costly Returns

Just to clarify, the sizing guidance provided on our site is supplied directly by the brand themselves, so it should reflect how they intend the product to fit.
That said, we do appreciate that sizing can still vary depending on the style, materials, and personal preference, which can sometimes lead to situations like this.
In terms of returns, we actually offer a free Royal Mail returns option for UK customers, so you wouldn’t need to cover the postage in those cases.
If you’ve not been able to access that, it may be worth checking your returns portal or getting in touch with us directly so we can point you the right way.

I recently made a purchase from END Clothing and overall had a mixed experience.
On the positive side, I really appreciate their prompt response and quick arrangement of a replacement parcel when my original delivery went missing. The customer service team was responsive and handled the issue efficiently, which I truly value.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality control of the item received. There was a noticeable defect on the goods, which suggests it may not have been properly checked before dispatch. Unfortunately, due to cost considerations and the inconvenience of further returns, I decided to keep the item despite the defect.
I hope this can be improved in future orders, as I do appreciate their service and product range overall.
