Avoid buying from this fraudulent company, especially if you live outside of England. Their prices are misleading. I tried to get a refund, but after several unsuccessful attempts, I sadly realized I would never see my money again. Their dishonest strategy is to make you believe that a team of specialists will soon be handling your case. They even have the audacity to regularly send you emails asking you to be patient under the pretext that the specialist team is currently overwhelmed. After receiving about ten emails of this type over more than a month of waiting, I realized I was dealing with unscrupulous scammers. I strongly advise against buying from this website. Don't be fooled by their tempting prices; I bitterly regret being scammed. I will update my review if the company offers me an amicable settlement.

End first raises its prices, then offers ‘discounts’
I saw the Birkenstock Boston model priced at €129 before the ‘discounts’. End raised the price to €160 and then offered a 20% discount on these shoes, resulting in a final price of €128. Once the discount period ended, the price went back up to €129
