Sad to feel like I do now

I used to absolutely love ordering flowers from here because they were always so beautiful and not too expensive. Unfortunately I ordered a roses box for Mother’s Day and they didn’t last all. I phoned them and they couldn’t apologise enough and arranged another box to be sent out… perfect customer services
I placed an order recently and spent quite a lot of money for a deluxe boutique, when you spend over a certain amount you should throw in a balloon for free, not charge £5.99!! Anyway the flowers didn’t last 4 days! I couldn’t phone up and complain again I would have felt bad!

Previously they would always get a 5 from me.
