This shop creates wonderful products, it’s true, but their customer service is really outstanding. I had a (user) problem with the website and received prompt and kind assistance, and when there were delivery issues (unrelated to the shop), Melanie also made sure I ultimately received my package by intervening with the delivery service. I was looking forward to improved sleep with the products I purchased but now I am extra happy to support such a thoughtful and caring shop. Very highly recommended, AAA+++!

Communication was great. Kind and personal regarding shipment. Delivery communication with shipping company was good too. The item arrived in tact. I have yet to use the futon so far it looks wonderful 😊👍🏻

Enatura has beautiful beautiful natural products. I have so far bought a mattress for myself, a bed for my dog and a mat/mattress for yoga - and I am loving all of them.
