Emsworth Heating were very 'Friendly & Professional' in sorting
out the purchase & installation of my Castleton Fireplace Suite.
The technical queries I raised were clarified in a polite & helpful
manner ,,,, the fitter did a superb job with the installation + left
the place clean & tidy afterwards !!

I thought the price was very good too for the above work done.
So, all in all a very happy bunny ... really love my new fireplace
suite :)

New boiler installed into house we just bought, but with difficult tight access at point of installation. The install team were great. They also had to remove an old boiler and immersion heater. They worked efficiently and quickly. All areas cleaned thoroughly on completion, and I was given a detailed hand over AND demo of how to use thermostat controller. This is the second time we’ve used Emsworth Heating, great job.

Efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. Had a gas central heating installed from scratch. Only a few weeks between giving go ahead and completion. Worked well from get go. A slight leak in one radiator once heating was being used but only due to expansion. Resolved by Emsworth Heating very quickly. Very pleased

Got the job done quickly and courteously. However, holes were unnecessarily drilled in our wall to fit a thermostat, without asking me, and they were exactly the same distance apart as the existing ones, so it was completely pointless and just made more work for me having to fill the old ones in! Also our old thermostat was taken away (which had a brand new battery in it) without asking me - I could have reused that. Also, I discovered later that our radiator thermostats had been fiddled with round the house, so I am having to rebalance them all again (wish they had just asked me if it was OK to do that).

The shop in Emsworth is welcoming and friendly. The boiler fitting and now the annual service is carried out by a friendly and highly professional gentleman called Peter.
He knows his trade. Not only is he polite but he is also prompt, a tidy worker and he wastes no time getting the job done. I recommend this company to all!
