What a lovely young lady , she went all out to explain why my symptoms were aggressive, and was very gentle in her treatment of acupuncture, which i have never experienced..

Ruchi was exceptionally understanding and professional all through my sessions, she took her time to listen and I didn’t feel rushed. She explained all the treatments to be carried out and their purpose She was helpful in explaining my exercises. She made me feel very comfortable. I would have loved more sessions with her

Neha was one of the few physiotherapists who took the time to listen to where my pain was occurring and conducted a treatment which immediately alleviated the pain and this is after multiple visits to osteopaths and other physiotherapists.

The exercises and treatment provided by Ruchi Sagar helped tremendously with movement and provided much needed relief. Thank you Ruchi.

This was an early morning punctual appointment. The physiotherapist was very profession in seeking out the relevant medical information on root cause before providing the accupuncture therapy.

I felt relaxed and comfortable during the whloe session.

Amazing person and very well knowledgeable and advised me of best way to go forward and sort out the problem, was very pleased of the way Niha has used her experience and skill to help me, she was very gentle and considerate.

I met Neha today, a physiotherapist at Empire Slough who was brilliant at her job. She understood my case very well taking into consideration the chronic pain that I was suffering from a long period of time. She made realistic plan to target pain areas to help me with long lasting recovery.

Neha of Empire Physio was really good. She was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. She gave me useful exercises to do, acupuncture and use of a TENS machine. Thanks to her, I saw an improvement over the 3 sessions I had.

The Admin & bookings team were also good and I got an appointment in good time.

A personalised treatment program for sciatica delivered great improvement over a 5 session course.

Neha my therapist was able to help with my pain management and was very easy to get on with.

I have been referred to Empire Physio by my NHS Doctor after experiencing severe pain in my right knee for over six months.
I had tried several different treatments including medication, but nothing seemed to relieve the pain.

Harris initial consultation was excellent. He worked with me to identify the root causes of my pain, and recommended a number of exercises along with a three session course of therapy plus two acupuncture sessions.

Harris worked with me collaboratively, to understand my occupational health needs and effectively identified the best course of treatment, exercise and changes required to heal the damage around my right knee but also prevent the injury returning.

His knowledge, patience and understanding have relieved my pain symptoms and help me to recover and manage my daily routine to avoid reoccurrence.
