I had your companies coverage when I purchased my car five years ago and I was treated very well and had no problems and I hope it goes well. This time and your representative today was very informative, polite and courteous and went through everything we just needed to discuss thank you very much sincerely, Ray Carter.

Shawn our representative was extremely professional. Knowledgeable not pushy at all. Answered all of our questions and explained the coverage in depth. Very impressive.

Untrustworthy company. Don't believe what they tell you. They called me numerous times about their warranty, and I ended up becoming the latest victim of their high-pressure sales tactics.
I am now trying to cancel within the 30-day review period, but they are making it extremely difficult. I spoke with Steve twice, and he refused to listen to my concerns and even hung up on me. The level of disrespect was shocking.
My suggestion is to stay away from this company. I want my refund returned as promised. Dealing with them has been a horrible experience. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up. Already wrote two emails regarding cancellation.

I don’t trust them, I know what I faced with there disrespectful behavior, attitude & lies that I can’t cancel the contact even within a weeks time, I will still not recommend them to anyone. Stay away from this company.

Do not buy from them. I got a warranty with him in less than 24 hours. Call them to ask questions about why I had not received my policy or any kind of paperwork from them got told 20 times by the same person to call Customer Service to get my refund Customer Service called me this morning, hung up in my face play games on my phone became very belligerent and disrespectful. I had to send them a cover letter of another policy I have the outright refused to give me a refund if I didn’t send it. I am calling the FBI the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau. I’ve already called my bank to put stop payments on anything to them. Something is very wrong there. This company is horrible.

I feel like I was mislead. The gentlemen on the phone stated that the warranty was a continuation of the original factory warranty. That is not true. I also mentioned that Empire protect is a third party insurer and he stated that they are not. I read later that empire protect is a third party vendor.

The agent was courteous & knowledgeable.

If I could give zero stars, I would please do not deal with these people. They are scammers. They don’t like to answer your calls. They take your money without your permission after your contract is over and they refuse to give you your money back when you confront them about the situation they tell you your money is not refundable after they’ve taken it unauthorized and then they don’t want to fix your car totally they actually tell you they were gonna fix it with you not paying anything but then you have to pay out-of-pocket hundreds and hundreds of dollars so they’re scammers they’re liars and please be aware that they are not a good company to deal with. Please take your business somewhere else

I am not going to use empire after reading so many bad reviews. I have cancelled payments with the bank and any more charges put through to my card are considered fraud. I tried calling back and straight to voice
Mail. No company message or person to talk to. Scam

They wait long periods of time to give you answers on a claim. Don't like to pay out when needed and leave you stranded . Don't use, waist of your time and money . Needed part fixed. And after a week without a car they said no . Left me stranded and a broken car. Don't waste your time.

Management just wants to argue with you when you have a problem! I needed to cancel my coverage and they told me that I have to pay for three months before I can cancel! On the agreement it says you can cancel within 30 days! I would not deal with these people if you don’t want a problem with getting something covered! I would not recommend this company for anything!!!

Scam. Should be 0 stars. Pressured me into signing up and then refused to acknowledge my cancellation. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Great company professional employees

I called around to get pricing on full coverage for my older 2014 KIA Optima with a new engine, but high milage of roughly 252,000. My car is in excellent repair and runs great and I've always done every routine maintenance since it was new and I informed each company of this when calling for quotes. The Empire representative assured me that they cover the entire vehicle and offered me 3 years for the price of 2 if I paid cash up front of $1,500. I greed and paid cash with my bank card. I received a pamphlet in the mail that said 'congratulations' your battery is covered, and some language about a payment plan with interest. I called in to inquire and was told that my vehicle had too many miles on it and that they would not cover any repairs, and told me that I just paid to cover the battery. I asked to speak to a manager who assured me that it was a mistake and that it showed that I had full coverage and that I would receive a package in the mail showing my policy. I never received anything. My car runs great and I didn't need to make a claim, but I started receiving text messages less than 8 months later that my policy was expiring and to contact them(I paid for 3 years with cash $1,500!) I called in again only to be told that I only had battery coverage. I asked them if they recorded phone calls and they said they did. I said that if they checked, they would hear what I was offered and signed up for, 'why would I give them $1,500 cash to cover a battery?' They refused to investigate or make it right or offer to refund my money. Total scam artists, and I'm chaulking it up to a bad experience, but I highly recommend avaoiding this business. Okay then, I will wait for the outcome of your internal investigation. I want to know if you are sincere or this is part of your modos...... I am about to finish paying my contract with Empire and suddenly the salesman Eric Nies canceled my contract and entered me with a new one without my confirmation. This is disgusting because my old contract has a 4 years duration with 2 years payment period and 2 years free and now I am starting all over again. This very unprofessional. I am now canceling my new contract and i am awaiting for the refund. This is like a scam. Eric Nies is not a good person to deal with. I tried to talk and email him without reply. I am awaiting for the management action on this.
