Pleasantly surprised.
I was hesitant to order because of some of the reviews and the delivery time did take longer than expected, but the perfumes were absolutely worth the wait.

The packaging and presentation genuinely impressed me, especially for the price point. Everything felt high quality, from the boxes to the bottles themselves. As someone who has owned much more expensive perfumes, I honestly didn’t expect this level of detail and experience.
The scents themselves are unique, layered and long-lasting once they settle on the skin/clothes. I especially enjoyed experimenting with layering the oils and perfumes together.
My favourites so far are Kashan, Now White and Yara Moi.
If you’re someone wanting to explore different scent profiles without spending luxury brand prices, I would definitely recommend trying them.

My only advice would be patience with dispatch/tracking updates, but overall I would order again.

The shop has failed to provide me with a valid receipt/invoice for my order. They conjured some worthless document with fake prices and so the package was held by the Custom Office. When I asked for a proper receipt/invoice they sent me some Taif documentation, while I ordered Rasasi; still waiting for the invoice/receipt and the order - i.e. if I manage to convince the Custom Office that I ordered legally and the package contains what i ordered - this remains to be seen. AVOID - it's a waste of your time and money!

Beautiful perfume such a high quality with that luxury feel. Stays on for hours - superb price too and always a discount!

Bought from them twice.

Very good prices and they seem like real products. So far had no issues with damage or fakes.

Biggest issue is with shipping. Takes around 2 weeks+ to arrive everytime and get no delivery details AT ALL until delivery day.
They also have a huge problem with stock. Products you purchase may not be in stock when you order them even though it says it is. With both orders I have had items be refunded due to reduced stock, usually after 10 days of waiting.

Next time I purchase from here I may do a smaller order and try their faster paid delivery just to try it but I strongly doubt its better.

Also they do not respond to messages sent in the website based message box.

If improvements on these are made I will use this service more often, but currently I only use them for products that I wont care about their delivery date.

Always late delivery and poor customer service

Very hard to place an order on the site. It gets blocked if It is a larger order above 200 and impossible to get the free shipping. Higher cost for shipping than any other vendor and yet the slowest one in shipping the products. Not everything available on the site is actually available and some of the items got cancelled after I placed the order. Overall there are better option out there that provide free shipping and are much faster, plus their site is updated with their available products. I won't use again.

Update: order finally arrived 11 days after placing the order. Unlike other reviews I received the correct items with the exception of the cancelled one that still shows available on the site: Rayhaan jungle vibes

Great range of products and competitive prices. Never ordered before, effective order process and delivery, given all the fakes on the market have used again.

The Aftershave I bought, 9PM after dark is one of the best I have ever had, it lasts throughout the evening and often Into the next day, the price was so good being as this scent is easily up there with the Dior's and Creeds and the delivery was satisfactory,

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered 2 fragrances, it took them over a week to dispatch the order and they just cancelled one of the items with out even an email, no reason, no apology.
I will not be using again

Ordered on Sunday the 3rd, it’s now the 12th and still nothing has arrived. Takes them 5 days just to reply to a simple email, only to tell me a week later they’ll contact the warehouse to dispatch my item. Absolute joke.

I have ordered couple of times from this website. Last time I received a damaged item and I contacted them. No reply till this day.

I found it unprofessional behaviour etc.

I’ve purchased many gifts from this wonderful company, and every experience has been exceptional. From the outstanding customer service to the fast delivery, the quality and authenticity of the products are truly incredible.

I have made many purchases since discovering this site. Only once I had issue with dispatch but they apologised for it, otherwise delivery is always quick and products are wrapped carefully. They have many choices and constantly adding new perfumes. I would suggest to add samples choice for perfume before ordering full bottle but other websites specialising in this.

This is my second time ordering from this perfume shop, and once again they did not disappoint. My first order arrived quickly, the customer service was excellent, and they had the best prices I could find — which is why I came back and ordered 10 perfumes this time.
Just like before, everything was safely and securely packed, and all the products were verified and authentic with manufacturer QR codes. Very happy with the experience and I’ll definitely be back again.

Superb price and quick delivery of a well packaged item, what more could I want!
