The Aftershave I bought, 9PM after dark is one of the best I have ever had, it lasts throughout the evening and often Into the next day, the price was so good being as this scent is easily up there with the Dior's and Creeds and the delivery was satisfactory,

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered 2 fragrances, it took them over a week to dispatch the order and they just cancelled one of the items with out even an email, no reason, no apology.
I will not be using again

Ordered on Sunday the 3rd, it’s now the 12th and still nothing has arrived. Takes them 5 days just to reply to a simple email, only to tell me a week later they’ll contact the warehouse to dispatch my item. Absolute joke.

I have ordered couple of times from this website. Last time I received a damaged item and I contacted them. No reply till this day.

I found it unprofessional behaviour etc.

I’ve purchased many gifts from this wonderful company, and every experience has been exceptional. From the outstanding customer service to the fast delivery, the quality and authenticity of the products are truly incredible.

I have made many purchases since discovering this site. Only once I had issue with dispatch but they apologised for it, otherwise delivery is always quick and products are wrapped carefully. They have many choices and constantly adding new perfumes. I would suggest to add samples choice for perfume before ordering full bottle but other websites specialising in this.

This is my second time ordering from this perfume shop, and once again they did not disappoint. My first order arrived quickly, the customer service was excellent, and they had the best prices I could find — which is why I came back and ordered 10 perfumes this time.
Just like before, everything was safely and securely packed, and all the products were verified and authentic with manufacturer QR codes. Very happy with the experience and I’ll definitely be back again.

Very disappointed, would never buy from here again or recommend anyone, bought 6 perfumes, only 2 smells like the original, 4 of the perfume had little to no scent more of alcohol, doesn't last past drying on the skin, company policy they can't accept open product, not willing to offer a refund. PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Over a week to dispatch the goods and that only 50% of products. What’s the point taking orders with next day dispatch. First and last time I use this terrible company.

It's my 4th bulk purchase, the website gives as much description as they can about the product in terms of notes. Delivery is always spot on and the prices......couldn't be better.

I haven't received all the products I paid for. I've also tried writing to you, but it's been over a week and you still haven't answered me. It's really bad style that you don't send the products I paid for.

I received my oud within over a week ,and I love the oud I have got.it smells divine. Would definitely purchase again.

The perfume I ordered is very beautiful, I had it before but I'm running out of it so I ordered another one. The scent is very beautiful and suits my personality.
