worst service and adament

i recently opened a account in E-NBD, i have recived credit card & debit card as well, with in 15 days of issuing credit card , they cancelled my card, i spent almost 3500AED .. i called their customer service & they informed "cits management decision ", without any further information they took money from my account without my consent . so bank have rights to take your money without any of your consents ? not even a month statement generated .. its worst service.

Regarding my visit to MOE branch on…

Regarding my visit to MOE branch on 16th and 17th. Your customer service member on counter 4 who was a trainee Humaid(apologises if i got the name wrong)showed he is understanding the knowledge of job,has a pleasant personality and polite manner.
Also special big thank you to your Teller of counter 6,she was very helpful and interaction with her was seamless.
Keep up the good job.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Khaleel from the Al Barsha branch. He was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my concerns and resolved all my issues efficiently and with a positive attitude. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service. i have problem with this bank minor…

i have problem with this bank minor proplem since 100 days i make request some body from out side haked my acount my credit diner club take 1500 dh and 5 trasaction i dont know how safey this bank and untell now they didnt solve my probem every day i try to call they promiss only to solve actully i hope manger see my profile note

Very bad experience with ENBD personal…

Very bad experience with ENBD personal loan section. With the staff of third party company Data Direct Group. Lot of harassing words. Lot of mental stress they are giving for their mistake I just raised that. There is Jo solution in my problem.

Change Banks Immediately!

If I could give "0" stars, I would. This is a warning to all who use Emirates NBD. Get an account at another bank. You will end up owing a huge amount of money to this bank. Notice that all are Credit Card holders? Not many banks push a credit card that is up to you. They charge high rates each month, and I am noticing that there are a lot of internal wrongs going on there. This is how they get their money. Misuse of your credit card! STAY AWAY! Use your bank if you are an X-pat from your own country.

No clear response from the customer care department

More than one month ago my company opened a bank account for my to get my salary and I was proposed to open a credit card. I got my debit card quickly but up to now after more that 1 month my credit card wasn't delivered and nobody knows where is the card. I raised an request 01/03/2025, now it closed as the bank doesn't know where is the card. I'm really disappointed with the bank services.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever
I was been given a ENBD DUO Credit card explaining the best benefits
Somebody hacked my card ENBD DINER internationally with the purchase of AED 1550 and very next day I disputed it.Enbd logged the complain explaining they will fight for the transaction and provide the dispute..however to my surprise with no care and revert they just closed the case saying its not in my favour.instead of helping they charged me late payment fee..they are good in replacing the cards.replacement of card came within two days without any followups but disputed transactions just been ignored.very unsafe to use ENBD card as they care about your money at all..customer care is saying u can make a police complain as well as we cannot do anything.i was following up since Jan2025 from the very next day of my dispute..yesterday they charged me late payment fee of 350dhs.
