Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, frequently describing them as cheap, poorly made, and having an overpowering chemical smell. Customers also found that the quality of items was consistently poor and did not resemble the images or descriptions on the website. Reviewers also expressed frustration with the return policy, noting that returns to China were prohibitively expensive, often costing more than the item itself. The pricing was considered an absolute rip-off for the quality received, and the website itself was often perceived as misleading, appearing UK-based while sourcing products from China.

If I could give zero i would

If I could give zero i would. The boots i ordered cost £60 and had apprently been £200. When they arrived, the boots are an extremely cheap imitation of cowboy boots. They are floppy, have no shape and are far shorter in height than shown on the image, they are created from a cheap foam backed type of flamable looking material. Its messily glued onto a plastic sole which had no tread or stabilty.
The boot material is just like the fancy dress material used for very cheap party fancy dress costumes! Be warned!!!!
I bought the items from what was described as a high end london dress shop called Sophia Dealane. It showed images of the shop and staff and said the the owners were alledgedly retiring and closing the shop. It was a"closing down" sale , hence the cheap price of the item they said.
I began to worry when ,after 2 weeks there was no sign of the parcel. I now know its come from China and not London.
Its all a scam! They didn't even send the correct colour that I ordered. I'm so cross to have spent so much on something that is like cheap fancy dress wear. I don't believe the items will last long, they are too cheap and flimsy !!!

Shocking product

Shocking product, a total con. I should really have known better. I totally agree with the other reviewers. I am even embarrassed to take the stuff to the charity shop. What a waste of money and huge disappointment.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY - Bellaré London doesn't exist Similar to other customers, I was tricked into thinking it was a London boutique closing due to retirement.
I tried to cancel my order when it was taking so long I discovered it was a scam, they didn't disappoint my fear.
All fake and badly made in china, I paid £98.91 for a dress and faulty cheap sandals. They sent me an address to return the goods and ask not to put a high value price on the return because customs will hold it and i won't get my full refund. So no point returning by the sounds, that's probably a con too.
Very expensive lesson to learn.
Will hopefully close the company down.

Cheap rubbish

Wish I’d checked the reviews before purchasing. Shoes are not the ones shown in the picture and are worth about £10 not £35. If you want to return anything it has to go back to china at your cost. Took that long to get here I’d forgotten I’d ordered them. Terrible company. Lesson learnt- always check out the reviews first.

Shocking

Shocking. Fake goods - Noah shoes advertised (and photo of actual Noah sandals in advert). Turned out to be a really nasty, cheap pair of plastic sandals - with an overpowering chemical smell. If you're thinking of ordering, don't!

Shocking quality, appalling sizes and fabrics, nothing like what is on the website and although I am quite computer savvy, I could not find any reviews at the time I ordered from them. Interesting that most reviews on here stem from just after I ordered so must be a relatively new site. Everything returned to address, international tracked, at a cost of £30.45 and they received it back on 25 May but no refund so far. If you are looking for a return address, this is the one quoted (after I did a LOT of digging):

Scam Site!! Don't order

What a scam of a site!Clothes are nothing like as advertised. They come in plastic bags from China, smell of smoke and look nothing like the website.
Currently trying to get my money back which seems impossible. After numerous attempts to get money back.I have no return address and just keep getting asked if I can keep the dresses and take a 20% refund!

Do not buy from this company!!

Do not buy from this company!!! I bought two dresses (Ava costing a total of £62.92) in April from this company, mistakenly thinking I was buying from a UK company. I finally received the dresses to find they were poor quality 100% polyester (a fact which was impossible to find out pre-purchase in the item description). I requested to return them under their 30-day money back guarantee. They offered me 20% of the value of the dresses due to an elaborate return process to China in which the buyer has to pay a high postage which is not guaranteed to reach the warehouse in China, due to strict import rules. After much negotiating, I finally managed to extract a paltry 30% of the value of the dresses which I get to keep and will never wear.

Scam company

I wouldn't give 1 star for this scam company. Extremely poor quality goods from China that aren't as described. The website says you have 30 days to return and receive a full refund but in actual fact they offer you 20% refund and you have to pay to return the goods to China. I challenged that and they've offered 25% refund and I can keep the goods. The goods are of such poor quality, I'd be embarrassed to give them away. I'll continue to challenge but just don't want anyone else to fall into the trap.
