Absolutely brilliant dealership. Cameron Bailey and Jeff Manni have been very helpful. Thanks to using Carwow I found this excellent Kia dealer which I would not have discovered otherwise. They have been very efficient, the whole buying experience has been one of the best I have had, and I have bought several new cars over my long life. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. An amazing experience at EMG we live in Bristol 146 miles away however EMG are the only dealership we would ever buy a car from this is our second car that we have brought from them in less than two years they make you feel so special every time we visit Tim was amazing and all of the people are just fantastic. We bought a car from EMG South Cambridge last month - it's the second car we've bought from there and we would do it again. Bradley was patient with us, and gave us plenty of time and two test drives. Unfortunately the accessories that were included as part of the deal didn't arrive in time for picking up the car and I didn't know that until I got there. It wasn't a problem and they are now fitted.

Big thanks to James at EMG Duxford! He kept us updated throughout, never applied any pressure, and genuinely didn’t feel like a typical car salesman. The personalised videos were a brilliant touch too, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
He’s polite, friendly, and nothing ever feels like too much. Each time I called, the team were really welcoming, and if James was busy, he always made sure to return my call.

We arrived to view a car without an appointment. Although busy, the sales team were super helpful and Harry listened to what we were looking for before suggesting a suitable vehicle. He arranged a test drive and took us thorough all our options.
The whole team were professional, not pushy at all, and we returned the following day to purchase the car.
A much better service than a few of the other garages that we had visited - I'd definitely recommend EMG

Especially when I just turned up without an appointment initially, Michael was very helpful with his time and knowledge. And later when I returned to buy having done my research, Hamza was excellent and easy going but helpful. I'm very happy with my car. I didn't want a pushy sales person and I didn't get that, which I appreciated and it's why I came back to buy from EMG Ely. I feel I'll get a good service from them locally which matters to me. No pushy techniques just etiquette.
Alex provided incredible customer service throughout the entire process. He kept us regularly updated, was always approachable, and never hesitated to answer our (very excited!) calls and questions. His friendly and patient approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable.
What really stood out was how he worked hard to secure a great deal for us without any pressure. We genuinely felt looked after and valued as customers.

All paperwork and add ons explained clearly.
Car was ready to be picked up when they said it would be and I've had a phone call to see how im getting on and to see if I needed help with anything.

We bought an MGHS PHEV car from EMG - MG dealership - Ipswich.
After it's first service , a 'Service Immediately' light kept coming on.
We contacted the service department and spoke to an assistant - JJ.
He didn't know exactly what this meant so promised to contact the technical department and get back to us.
We were reluctant to use the car in case it went into limp mode or in case something was wrong with the car and we caused damage.
Two weeks later we hadn't heard anything so we re- contacted JJ who said he hadn't heard from 'technical'.
He advised that he thought the car would be fine and that we could continue to use it although he still hasn't heard from technical.
He again promised to find a solution and call us back.
He didn't call us...over the next 2 months we called the dealership another 3 times.
On each occasion we were promised call backs.they didn't happen...and on the fifth call JJ said he would chase it up urgently and call us back later that day, or at least the following day.
Guess what ? - No call back.
I then contacted his manager, Nadine who did chase up a response from technical, and two weeks later I took in my car for the software to be re-set.
Nadine was very helpful and the car now seems fine, so far.
It was just disgusting for this to take nearly 3 months to sort.
It has really put us off buying another MG and, in particular, from Ipswich MG.
