I had my last car for over 10 years so was very anxious purchasing a new car as it's a big investment for me. But by January 2026, I eventually found the right car at EMG Huntingdon. The Sales Consultant Alex Minall was exceptional in his professionalism and level of customer care. Alex and his colleagues were very sensitive and supportive throughout the whole process and I am so pleased with my purchase. Terrible, would never deal with them again. Lied to by salesman on 2 occasions regarding the specifications of the vehicle. After collecting the car there were issues with the car which I was told to put right at any garage as the warranty would cover the costs. After getting the issues seen to could have been rectified pre sale, it turns out that their mickey mouse warranty does not cover issues caused by their ineptness. I’ve now got a bill to pay for out of my own pocket to which EMG are not interested in covering. Shoddy workmanship in prepping the car for collection and a sales person who will happily lie to make a sale, keep clear!

I decided to sell my car at the age of 84, as I don't particularly enjoy driving anymore. I'm used to cut and thrust many years ago, but, the quality of driving had really worsened/

Easy to deal with & willing to go the extra mile for customers. Ash & Marshall were friendly and arranged for our chosen car to be transferred to the branch within hours for us to view. They offered a very acceptable deal and even threw in delivery to our home as part of the deal. They dealt with a couple of small requests we made cheerfully and promptly & delivered the car three days later. We have used them before and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Comms were great, the team worked together really well and we were very well looked after. Kudos to Robert, Aaron and sales manager Michael. Best car-buying experience I've had in a long motoring career - narrowly ahead of our last KIA

I'd recommend EMG Huntingdon to a friend because of the friendliness and non-pushy attitude and technique used by the staff. If I wanted information or advice they were happy to help but not in an intrusive way or in a way that made the purchase feel like an obligation.
Kirsty, Shawn and Paul are exactly the kind of staff you'd want to deal with, many dealers should take notes.

I was a little nervous purchasing my first brand new car however EMG ( Lee Holman and the Team ) made the process straight forward and went above and beyond on the day of collection .
The after sales service support has also been excellent and although not local I'm glad I purchased from this dealership .

Communication was prompt, when I asked for a video walk round of the vehicle. Sales team were polite and efficient. Only thing was I had to wait for the vehicle to be valeted when I had arranged a collection time.
