Excellent and only place to purchase colorized movies. Someone stole one of my colorized movies CHRISTMAS IN CONNECTICUT and I finally found it here!

my experience with ElvisDVD has always been extremely good and I have ordered 100 to 200 dvds from them. The orders have always been correct and sent in timely manner.

Very fast shipping, the DVD plays perfectly. I am aware that it's made from an old movie and the quality wasn't going to be AAA, however, I was more interested in having this movie than I was in spectacular video. I am more than happy with my transaction with you. I'd seen this back years ago when it was a mini-series and searched for years to get a copy of it.. Thank you so much!

Overall, your service is excellent. Also, your DVD discs play well in my old DVD player, which I prefer. That is not always the case for DVDs from your competitors. I sometimes have to play their DVDs in my new DVD player. I am in the USA. In the future, I suggest that you provide the DHL tracking number as well as the US Postal Service tracking number.

Took about 3 weeks but well worth the wait. Movie plays great and the price was very good for a movie that is very hard to find.

I bought a rare early talkie DVD, with Spencer Tracy, 'The Murder Man'. The quality of the DVD was terrible. When an actor moved across set, it left a sort of ghostly vapour after them rendering the film unwatchable. I emailed them to request a refund at their published contact email, and the emails BOUNCED! There's no way of contacting them!
My recommendation is to avoid them like the plague.

I had ordered an old movie for my mom. I was already skeptical about it since its a random website. Its been about 2 weeks and my mom kept asking about it so i emailed customer service simply asking, “I was wondering why my order is in pre-shipment?”. The response i got was so incredibly unprofessional. Andreas Brosel basically insulted me for not reading the FAQ’s, “The order was shipped from europe as CLEARLY STATED…..!!! NOW finally READ THE FAQs!!!….” I was in shock. I’ve never had such a rude experience from customer service before. I totally understand the frustration of being asked “stupid” questions from customers that you have to answer constantly but there is no need to be rude about it. Its your job to answer those questions with respect, patience, & professionalism.

Cracking service! Came weeks earlier than we expected and it worked! This is the ONLY place we could find this ancient DVD! My dad is OVER THE MOON!
