The couriers dont show at all , they just send messages to viber that they came and they didnt find us. Then you have to try to call a number for a few hours and at the end you must go to their headquarters to pick your package yourself. And thats happens usually
Lazy people, horrible experience
They don't even care whenever your package is shipped or not, my mail hasnt arrived for a month and 2 weeks from several countries, and 2 weeks since I got something from greece they did not send it out yet. It's tracked so I could see if it's shipped or not. Since the 6th of this month nothing has been shipped yet. Overall such a horrible company with employees rude and not. Caring at all
One strike then you're out
They attempted a delivery on Friday (as all couriers here in Crete we meet in the village sq. after the courier phones) which we can neither confirm or deny. On phoning the nearest depot on Monday morning we were told they had sent the parcel back!
Almost every parcel sent through them has to be collected - they just don't seem to care
AVOID ELTA COURIER
Waited 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive on Santorini from Piraeus!! Elta courier have a couldn't care less attitude. If they can be bothered to answer phone calls or emails it's always somebody else's problem!!
When my parcel did arrive I had to collect it myself as they don't deliver!!! Erm excuse me but a courier service not delivering, NO because they only have 1 driver and he doesn't answer his phone and obviously can't be bothered!! On collecting my parcel the guy was quite rude and unpleasant. There are other courier services available who are so much more customer friendly so if possible use them before Elta!!!! PS the Elta post office personnel are very pleasant and helpful....maybe they need to teach the couriers a few customer service skills!!!

Rude and irresponsible personnel, courier driver drove by and left a notification note without even trying to reach the doorbell... As he tried and no one was home. It's not the first time the personnel of this company behaves this way... SOS External companies that want to cooperate with ELTA for domestic transport. consider all the reviews carefully because you are going to have dissatisfied customers from this courier services.
Worst courier company
The worst courier company in Greece, possibly the world. They are slow, rude, they never answer the phone, they never actually deliver you the package (just a note saying they made an attempt). This is just one of many frustrating and negative experiences I have had with them - trying to reach them for 10 days now so I can go pick up a package from their offices - no one answers the phone. EVER!
Missing letter
Missing letter. Was told that post from Lefkada to Nidri (a journey that takes about 20 minutes to drive) may have gone via Patras (over two hours away in the opposite direction) which is illogical. Unsympathetic and astonishingly rude staff in Nidri.

Careless customer service with 00 knowledge of English. They kept me waiting for more than two months with no justification. All they say is "your parcel is at the airport and we don't know about it you have to wait"

The worst post office I have ever seen in my life.
1. I lost a parcel of 2500 euros ( without sending fee ). I bring all the proof they want but they gave me back only 325 euro.
2. I sent to Africa ( Eritrea ) with full address and telephone number, even I wrote Africa in it to be clear that Eritrea is a country in Africa, 2 parcel x 18.5 kilos which costs more than 2000 euros, and sending fee 344 euros , am still waiting about 2 months. The worst thing is that when I went and ask them about it they replied me that I sent to Germany while there is not any Germany address in the boxes and in the tracking papers.
3. Most of them they don't speak English and some of them they don't want to speak English eventhough they can speak English. But there are good person also there.
Avoid at all costs
If you can, avoid using ELTA - they simply lose packages with no trace at all (maybe there is a huge pile of lost packages somewhere or employees just take them home?). For me as a German who is used to reliable postal services, it is amazing (and incredible) that a public postal service that is as crappy as ELTA can actually exist

Is there an option for no star? They have received the package from the 23/08 from the shop and today 30/08 I saw it from the tracking service that it is still there. They have not contacted me at all

WORST COURIER SERVICE! They leave ticket without RINGING the bell!!!! It's like they cannot be BOTHERED! EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET A TEXT SAYING I WASN NOT HOME BUT I WORK FROM HOME! No issues with other courier services
Stay away from them
I have never seen a delivery service where you pay for tracking and it isn't updating it says the same thing for days (15 to be precise) I payed more than 20€ to get my package to Italy. To now have it lost and not knowing what's happening to it. Customer support is non existent just stay away from them.

Avoid. Possibly the worst in Europe. Just do not send anything to Greece. They only take good care of the big companies. Better to send it with a transfer company.
