Disappointing Courier Service Experience
This has been the worst courier service I’ve dealt with. Communication from both the coordination and delivery team is very poor. Despite providing clear delivery instructions, they still went to a different address, and even when told the correct location was nearby, they refused to proceed. I paid for "Premium" express shipping for my passport, thinking it would be safe and fast. Instead, it took 14 days and is still not here.
The package sat in Pakistan for a week and has been stuck in Dubai for 3 days, even though I live only 30 minutes away in Ajman. Because of their incompetence and constant lies from customer service, my visa has expired and I’m now racking up daily government fines.
Every time I call, they just lie and say "it’s coming today." If you have a deadline or need important documents, do not use UPS. They will take your money and leave you to deal with the fines and the stress. Total nightmare.

Late and unreliable in Dubai
I ordered a gift from from the apple store for my son, it was supposed to be delivered locally within Dubai with UPS on Express next-day delivery.
It is still showing that it is being sorted at UPS facility, despite being shipped by apple immediately on purchase.

I ordered headphones from Apple UAE. UPS started delivering them to me. The address is correct. Since September 30, the status of my two shipments has been “unable to deliver, address update in progress.” I write letters to customer support every day, but apart from a template response and a link to update my address, they don't send me anything else. Over the weekend, I filled out this form, and every day I see a message saying that my shipment is on hold. Every day I write and ask them to deliver the shipment to the address or, if something is unclear, to call the phone number provided. My messages are simply ignored. Sometimes they ask for the tracking number, and sometimes they send a link to correct the address again.

Very bad. I was expecting a shipment from USA they just delivered it to wrong place without even calling the number. Office number, name complete address was there still it was delivered just like that to someone. When I called their call center she said operations will call me back and gave me reference number. It’s 3 hours now no call back. Entire team is unprofessional I taught its only driver. Now when I am trying to call them they just put on hold and hang up phone.
