It was easy to drive and maneuver. Great visibility all around and easy to park with a rear view camera. The waste connection and valve handles are set too far back under the chassis, had to get down on my hands and knees to view and access them. No privacy curtain between cab and living area is an inconvenience! Had to use a blanket for privacy and light. Table and seat conversion into a bed was a little painful to do and undo everyday.

The gas mileage was insanely good compared to the U-Haul my husband drove. The sound system was very impressive. There was so much storage for anything you could possibly need. Emptying the tanks was less traumatizing than I expected 😂. And my dog Chad felt right at home for the 10 day trip.

I rented a very nice 24' RV, and the customer service at booking was excellent. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ended. I'm leaving one star because of how poorly things were handled when the generator failed. When it wouldn't start, I called the toll-free number and was on hold for over an hour before anyone picked up. I followed every troubleshooting step the rep walked me through, but we couldn't get it working. The rep noted on my account that there was a problem with the generator and told me to speak with the front desk when I returned the RV. Without the generator, I had no A/C for the trip — a serious problem for four days in an RV. When I returned it, the front desk had me stand by while they looked into it. The mechanic came in and confirmed there was a problem, telling me directly: "I did a master reset on the generator and it's working now." So the issue was real and acknowledged by their own staff. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and professional, but she said her hands were tied and there was nothing she could do. I pointed out that I'd paid for four full days of an RV that was supposed to function — especially the A/C. Her only offer was a $100 credit toward buying an RV from them in the future. I was blown away — and not in a good way. I paid for a working RV and didn't get one, and their idea of making it right was a discount contingent on giving them more of my money. How could I ever rent from them again? I won't.

The RV was a worn out and very used camper. The engine overheated when idling more than 5minuts Also the the house batteries discharged the car batteries The house batteries was set up in the wrong way, so it didnt charge correctly, only held power for 2-3 hours, after it was fixed, it held power for 6-8hours The propane system was broken from the start, so we had to spend time to get it fixed. The cabinets where broken and worn out, most of the foil was falling of and the drawers was fixed to the cabinet, and where loose. The slideout system rattled when driving and made it close to unbearable to drive more than 55 mph The driversseat could only be ajusted back and forward, not up and down. The matress was so used, its was very uncomfortable to sleep in. The dining tavle in the RV was so loose and woobly, it made it close to imposible to eat at it.
