Good service, but colours are different from pics
Service is good, but I have often returned homeware / home textile items because the colour is significantly misrepresented in the photographs. Pink instead of peach/ orange, or dark green instead of teal, for example.

Will definitely use again! Great customer service
Will definitely use again! We revived our shipment within 4 days of ordering. When it arrived we had one small drawer that was damaged. However, reached out to their customer service team and they responded within 24 hours and three days later they provided us with a brand new drawer for our nightstands. Definitely will use them again for the great and timely customer service, as well as the product looks just like the picture online.

Bad customer service
Ordered two barstools with paid home delivery. One arrived with the seat totally ripped off from the legs. So I had to return it to the pakkeshop which is already a job I didn’t want, that’s why I got home delivery.
Then I am told to just order a new one. I asked for a discount for my trouble and free home delivery as I had already paid once for it. The lady gave me 100kr discount which needed to be used for delivery and then the rest as my discount. So I received a discount of 30kr! I now have to pay 1500,- for a new barstole and just hope I get my money back soon for the damaged one. A lot of time spent on sorting this problem and not much understanding from their side. None of this was my fault. Very disappointing service. (I thought the discount code had expired but it hadn’t)

Slow and careless customer service
I bought 3 curtains in linen from Ellos. Each package should have come with 2 hooks to hang the curtains and 2 round pieces that you attach to the wall to hold the curtain's thread when it's pulled up. One of the packages came without the inner protection and with these pieces missing – it had clearly been an item that had been returned by another customer before, which would have been fine had the package been complete.
I contacted customer service as soon as I opened the package. They took two weeks to send the replacement parts, asking for photos of the missing parts (lucky I had bought more than one...) and that I'd receive a message once the new parts were shipped. They sent them by post, which means both that I didn't receive a message when they were shipped and that it can take up to 3 weeks for them to reach me. This will mean 5 weeks without being able to use a product that I bought from new.
My expectation would have been for them to have sent me a new curtain immediately, dealing with the return freight of the incomplete one themselves.
Although I appreciate that my problem will eventually be solved, this is really bad service for having bought a new product...
