Excellent company and the customer service is amazing. I ordered 2 of the name bracelets for my grandaughters and was not disappointed. The names are very clear and the bracelets look very feminine. My only concern is they might be a bit small but I am sure Ellie Grace will help out if this is the case. I have ordered the leather bracelet before for my grandsons 18th birthday, he was delighted with his and the personal inscription was an added bonus.

From the moment I saw the ad for your leather personally inscribed bracelet, I felt excited. I knew exactly who I was going to give it to. The package arrived in excellent condition and quickly. When I opened it, I was immediately flooded with the feelings and thoughts I had when I first thought about buying it. It's just beautiful and competely radiates this gorgeous, heartfelt energy. Then and there I decided this is a very special and personal gift and would be perfect for his 16th birthday later in the year. I purchased couple of gifts for my wife on her birthday. While we had issues related to delivery of ordered items within expected delivery period however EG team maintained regular contact and matter was resolved. The quality of both the items was certainly impressive and pleasing. I will buy again but will consider and ensure adequate delivery time.

they ship from china and it takes WEEKS to come don’t even bother paying for express. WITH express it took 2 weeks to process the order and another week for it even to arrive. you’re better off buying from the chinese manufacturer yourself and saving 70% of the up charge

Paid express post to get my bracelet for sons birthday .. after paying it states that it can take 5-10 business days… I would not have paid express post nor even ordered it had I known that!! All it has is a 4 letter name engraved and the “small family business” takes over a week to do that. It will be here over a week after the birthday and they aren’t even willing to refund the difference I paid for express shipping. As usual I wish I’d read reviews first! Doesn’t feel very Australian (shipping) or family owned at all! Not a pleasant experience.
