Ordered my son a bracelet and it is not adjustable. It is so big and he's not small. No exchange, no refund. Very disappointing. Don't use them!

I handed this beautifully made bracelet…
I handed this beautifully made bracelet to my grandson on his 14th birthday. He was overcome with it as was I and his parents. So much so that it brought a few tears to their eyes when they read the message and observed the quality of the bracelet. I’m so pleased I bought it as at 81 years of age it hopefully bring happy memories of me when I’m gone. Thank you for a beautiful bracelet, stunningly made with great sentiments.

Excellent service
I received both of my orders just in time for my Granddaughter's 21st Birthday.She absolutely loved both items especially the Silver Bracelet with her name AMIAH on it.The Blue Star /Moon Necklace was much nicer and daintier than the photo.Ellie Grace were so lovely to deal with and I am very pleased they have Afterpay,as I don't like giving my bank details online.I felt safe ordering from Ellie Grace.
