Been waiting for my order 3 weeks. 2 emails no response. Called 4 times just to be told we will call back , never got a call back.
It’s ment to be 7-10 days to receive item.

Paid express post to get my bracelet for sons birthday .. after paying it states that it can take 5-10 business days… I would not have paid express post nor even ordered it had I known that!! All it has is a 4 letter name engraved and the “small family business” takes over a week to do that. It will be here over a week after the birthday and they aren’t even willing to refund the difference I paid for express shipping. As usual I wish I’d read reviews first! Doesn’t feel very Australian (shipping) or family owned at all! Not a pleasant experience.

My daughter is heading overseas and I wanted a keepsake for her - the necklace is just beautiful, it really is a one-off and the presentation in the light up box is truly special.

So very pleased with my 2 grandsons bracelets for their graduation. I’m sure they will like them too. The delivery was very speedy and communication from Ellie Grace Jewellery was excellent.

Excellent Customer Service

The men’s bracelet was sent, but it is so small it would only fit a small child. When trying to get a refund I’m told I need to pay postage to Australia to get the refund. It’s advertised as an English company. So why do I need to post it to Australia when it’s an English company!!

I received my heart necklace with the names of my loved ones in Sterling Silver. What a beautiful piece of jewellery & set in a burgandy hard case with a light that comes on when opened, very impressive. Customer service was outstanding. Delivery was quick.

I bought this bracelet for my grandson for passing his exams getting into his new school . The presentation box is gorgeous and the bracelet looks good quality. Slightly worried it might be a bit small ! .. anyway I am sure he will love it . Good service and tracking info

I never expected a follow up as to whether I'd received the item okay and was happy with it, which I did within a week of it being delivered.
My concerns that the bracelet I purchased for my grandson might not fit were resolved immediately.
Also, when I initially made the order, I somehow ordered two items by mistake. On contacting their customer services my money for the extra items was refunded straightaway.
Definitely the best customer service I've experienced.

The “Grandson” braclet is very smart, well made too. My only concern was that it was a bit small but when I mentioned this they directed me back to their website where I could ( very reasonably) buy an extension link.

I ordered a bracelet for my husband. I also ordered the beautiful box with a light.
There was a slight problem with the bracelet after a couple of months. I contacted customer service.
I cannot speak highly enough of the communication and service provided. Cess and Chrissy are definitely passionate about their work. They definitely go above and beyond to assist you any way they can.
Definitely will be a return customer.

I ordered fidget rings for my daughter (gold), sister (silver) & mum (gold) as well as a beautiful heart necklace for me. Cess and Chrissy were so helpful and kind. Whilst there was a couple of issues with delivery they quickly resolved them! We all love our jewellery! My sister & daughter wear their rings every day ❤️

My husband bought me earrings and a necklace in a beautiful box which had a light in it, gorgeous I thought until I read the description as being 9 ct gold when in Reality it was 99 % silver which has a gold plate over the top and the chain definitely was not gold. I can’t explain how much this has upset me because I wanted to wear it and now can’t.☹️

Excellent customer service from the entire team, they were all very prompt when I asked questions about the bracelet and the quality was excellent. Would recommend them to everyone.

Lovely bracelet and a lovely company to deal with. I had a problem opening up the clasp on the bracelet and tgey sent a video steaightaway to show me how it unclasped. All good now. Definitely recommend this Company.

The Jewellery was absolutely beautiful, my daughters loved the mother and daughter bracelet and necklace.

Although i had an issue with one of the bracelet safety chain, they responded promptly to my complaint and addressed it in a very timely fashion. Excellent customer service and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
